Yes that's terribly sad. My condolences are with you and your family.
I have a feeling this has more to do with sawmill than with DFX 4.0, but strangely enough it works fine when it get's stuck up at the top of the screen with no skin specified (only I can't see any output). Any suggestions? The "sawmill" program comes with two different modes... a fullscreen "UMPC" mode and a windowed "laptop" mode. Both exhibit the same behavior.

There are some programs that just do not like to be grabbed and embedded by other programs, I am sorry, but have no clue as to how to fix it.
I see Sawmill has some visualization looking graphics and such, but are you mainly interested in the screen that you captured? If so there is a OBDII Plugin for RR that will display that information and more. You can display what info you want, where you want it, and how large you want it ect.
There are even some flash gauges floating around that you can embed in the skin to display info from OBD II as well.
can you confirm if voice will be activated by a mechanical switch, or if the system will wait for a certain command?
