just my two cents, I know this helped me lots after I extracted it.

Question: Why are Custom Lists and iLists not working right with the new Ride Runner release?
and make sure you're using the latest RR Media.

The main reason for the beta testing and such, is simple, it is necessary.

With 6 seasoned RR users testing, it is easy to keep track of bugs, and get them fixed as much as possible, and back to them to test again.

The other option is to release the skin with the bugs, get hundreds of questions and complaints, flood the thread, and then try to weed through it all, and then make everyone download it all over again, and then have to move it again to the CarPC to reinstall it all over. Rinse and repeat for multiple bug fixes and releases.

I know it is a pain, and slows things down a bit, but trust me it is a FAR better choice in the long run.

and if you don't beta test i'm out of a job lol...

Isn't that job a NON profit one...lol

What I was going to say but couldn't. This actually quite a professional approach. Quality that u would expected with a 100 dollar piece of software. I think the bug tracker and RC releass show just how far this skin has come and how many people use it. I remember thinking how amazing dfx 2.5 was! My first carpc skin.

And yet...its Free Ware. Some of the best programs I have found ARE the free ones! RideRunner is of course, no exception to this rule.

You guys have done some amazing work. Like the rest of us here, I am highly anticipating DFX5. I do appreciate all your efforts.

umm yikes? I updated the files from the faq "why aren't ilists working" and now RR hangs when it loads. I didn't make any other changes. Anyone else experience this or have a work around?
