There is no reason to hold off the release of the skin. It will go on as scheduled, and the voice recognition will work with Windows XP.

RRVoice is a plugin, and it would be just a matter of installing Jebus's Win7 compatible plugin down the road if and when that happens. I do not foresee any of the commands and such changing in the skin.

so does that mean you've resolved those two remaining issues in the bug tracker?
I know it sometimes lags reality.

I apologize for having an issue still open. A lot has changed in my life in the last month and I have not been able to test RC2 hardly at all, except I did install it in my truck PC and it has been a nightmare since, the absolute least stable car/boat PC I've ever had. I have the August RR installed there and it appears that the Sept. RR will help, but wow, my system is an absolute mess. Will probably rebuils it with XP instead of Win7.

Also my house was broken into and my testbed PC was taken. The good news is they caught the punks, bad news is I haven't been home to recover the gear. Also the girlfriend decided to loose her mind while I was out of town, and I have to deal with the fallout of that.

Bottom line:

I will not be able to supply an updated Traffic cams skin until my testbed is recovered and I get time to finish it, this may be after DFX5 is released.

I did submit code to John that made the microphone icon a softkey that would trigger RRVoice to listen, although I do not know if that made it into DFX5 RC2.

Again, I apologize. I don't like not being able to come thru when relied upon.

Ouch man rough times, definitely take care of your personal life! This is just a hobby after all. Thanks for the update. Be safe, and for fun go erase the kid's identities or sell them to some nigerian hahah (yes I am that mean).
