    The Space Navigator emulates key stokes. So it will be enough if you will be able to scroll through the play list using the up/down arrows, and if possible, to switch though the buttons of the skin with the left/right arrows...this part requires for the button to light up when the cursor is over it. (by buttons I mean the bottom part of the skin with the prev/play/next buttons). But just scrolling in the play list with the up.down arrow would be enough.

    Found a few little bugs I didn't have the time to work out .
    But I'm confident that I'll still release the skin this week .

    Lookin real good, clean and fresh graphics, reminds me vaguely of the Carwings skin, which is quite popular these days~!

    Alpha release. See first post .

    @Cris
    To use your space navigator you just have to create a KeyTBL.ini.
    There you can assign every key the space navigator emulates to an action. And that for every screen.
    Examples:
    38,"SELCL||UP", audio_browser.skin (38=arrow up)
    40,"SELPL||UP",audio_playlist.skin (40=arrow down)
    ...

    very nice and clear skin, only missed the transparent mode.

    if i start the skin i get the message "Line-1 Error Unknown function name"
    also a message if i leave the skin.
    did i miss a selection in my application ?

    FOR MY OWN USING i changed the layout a bit in part of transparence, bottom function line, give the skin a skin_browser, a radio and a background selection skin. i also drawed it in real 800x600 pix...hate it to stretch circle symbols into a oval one.

    for the background skins i make new screens. here a preview how it looks.

    "pics no longer available"

    hope you are not angry about my changes.

    Heck, no. Looks really nice . Got no feedback, so I didn't see interest and didn't update this thread.

    Made a few fixes to the MediaBase software and how the skin works. Guess I'll upload the update tomorrow. By checking the filedate you could check which files I changed. Don't know if I made elementary changes. A few may be there definately (f.ex. RUNQ;$skinpath$MediaBase.exe when entering audio_browser, so that the DB software restarts automatically when crashed, and changing "HOSK" custom command to "OSK" in ExecTBL.ini).

    Also, I could upload a sample pdf if you wish, but I guess that's too late now .

    BTW: I run this skin also in 800x600, but I got a 16:9 display, so nothing stretched to oval for me .
    I'm still missing the radio skin. Good to see you made one. Could you please send me the files ? Simply write me a PM, and I'll give you my eMail adress .

    BTW: What's the arrow in the lower left corner ? EXIT I guess ? Don't you use the logo button for this ?

    ------

    To your problems
    I'm using two AutoIt scripts: MediaBase and HandyOSK. Those are the only scripts which could cause that error.
    I guess the "Line-1 Error Unknown function name" comes from the old MediaBase.
    If you get the error, start MediaBase with the argument -debug, i.e.: "MediaBase -debug".
    A (really big ) debug file will be created in your music folder. With this I should be able to isolate the problem.

    About the -1 message when leaving the skin
    You mean when you quit RoadRunner, right ?
    Have a problem to trap error messages when exiting RoadRunner and my scripts trying to interact with it. I'll open a thread about it.

    New version online. Changed a few things in the skin. Also Includes updated versions of the MediaBase and HandyOSK scripts. Your error messages should be history now, GF-ler.
