just updateing this thread incase anyone is having problems with this skin and the latest version of RR.
If you do not have the playfile.exe file (see first post) in your root C:\ drive, RR will fail to recognize mouse input after it tries to run the said file and fails to find it.
The file is used for click sound support, and previous didnt need to be present for things to work. But now is.
