Here you can see it embedded in RR.
Basically it will allow you to set the GPS so the info bar at the top uses the correct GPS program, and you can remove from the menus the apps you don't have
eg if you don't have Phone Control, just uncheck in this screen and it removes the button from the communication screen.

DMurray has added SIRUS support to his copy, XM should be exactly the same, just need to swap SR commands for XM commands, I just waiting for his skin file.
Otherwise I will have to 'guess' it a bit without being able to test.
Find attached the Sirius skin file. Keep in mind I have not yet had time to implement the favorites, etc, but this should give you impatient guys something to work with
