yeah.. I dont have a LOT of things set up (mainly because I dont know how or because i dont have sat/radio/phone settings to set up) as I just reinstalled my whole OS...
anyway, I'll try adding those things you said into the ini...

ok update...
I fixed the window name thanks to tmar89, and I added the line ignative=True into RR.ini.... that did not do anything.
but I noticed that my full screen problem was that the actual iG program was in Full screen mode so I just pressed F and it returned back to original screen.
now the problem is that it still wont "embed" into the skin. all I see is the NAVI screen in RR and a small IG window that will not move or re size.
I'm getting close but there's something that I cannot figure out :(
tried the skin today......its looks great but is waaaaaaaaaaay too complicated. Maybe you should provide a manual with screen shots so that we know what button does what :p
Also, on some screens I saw buttons with labels like "AABB". Whats that ?
humm, just a shot in the dark.
The NAVI button can be customized, if you click and hold it a menu will pop up with a list of commands. On the first screen you will see a GPS command that actually is setup for IG3, on the other screens there are buttons for IG2, mapmonkey and freedrive. Just to make sure you are using the correct gps button. Click and hold the NAVI button and choose the first gps button on the first screen.
Also, if have another skin to test with, load that skin up and see if iGuidance embeds into that skin.
Also, if you have edited the ExecTBL.ini file that is located inside of the LSXVOID skins folder, post that too. If you havnt touched it no need to post it.

I did try another skin (mazda 6 one) and when I press GPS, nothing happens :rolleyes:

if you install the skin correctly it shouldn't be complicated at all, there is a very minimal use of icons and everything is in plain English. Every button does what it says on the box. AUDIO means audio, VIDEO means video. This is the very reason why i choose not to use any icons to represent functions.

i doubt its your touchscreen. The only reason click&hold wouldn't work is if your version of RR isnt up to date. I know you said earlier you were using the latest version, but if you can, can you tell me the exact version date for your copy(the date thats displayed when RR is loading). People have told me in the past they had the latest only to find out after hours of debugging that it was a 4month old version. Not that i don't believe you, just want to make sure.Quote:

also if you can turn on debugging in RRConfig.exe , if its already turned on, delete the debug.txt file in the root of RR. Start RR up with the lsxvoid skin.

by the way, where is the patch for VOID? I was reading the FAQ on the first page because since I installed VOID, the EXIT button hangs like you said it would but I can't seem to fix it so I'm guessing I need to patch it
