lol. a case for the cause!!!! lmao thats awesome. im hoping to have everything in my car for the chicago meet. im also using the lsx void skin. besides a few things i have yet to work out, the skin is great and what im integrating everything into. smoke if you make it out to the chicago meet, ill have a cold one for ya... hope you dont mind Heinekin or Becks. :buddy:

the welcome message should work with no configuration but you will need the latest version of RR else it wont work. In the ExecTBL.ini file found in the skin folder at the bottom of the file you should have this line:Quote:

The clicksound stuff is disabled by default and only provided if people want to enable it. Its old stuff from the previous skins. Personally its kind of a waste cuz you never actually hear the clicks unless you dont have music on. But if you want to enable it you'll have to do some heavy editing to the ExecTBL.ini file and or also the skin files to include the commands to every button you want to hear a sound on. Since the ExecTBL.ini file only has nonstandar commands that have been modified by me, you'll have to edit either the standard commands in the .skin files or add and modify them in the ExecTBL.ini file.

you may or may not get this to work initially, i just tried to re enable it and couldnt get it to work. I think i know what the problem is though. RR seems to want to set the working path to whatever file it last ran so ill hav to work around it.

What i would love to have added to your skin ( Which already :tune: ),
is a spectrum analyser / vumeter.
I just tested Mobile Media Center frontend and the one thing i loved what the sound analyser.
Maybe you as a being one with the force can integrated something like this is your skin ?

In a perfect world it would operate the same way as winamp, where winamp has an internal visual spectrum analyser thats built into the core app and then plugin visuals (the ones we use in RR). I actually have the main menu changed up slightly now geared for a spectrum analyser, and there are some new code in RR to switch the visuals but im not sure if it will all work the way you or I may vision. But i am looking into it presently.
Maybee a spectrum ana can be a flash logo in the skin.
I've already seen vu meters in flash. The just hook on to the audio output of the system.
I guess flash can also be used to spectrum analyse it ? But i must say i now jack shxx about flash :(

ive seen these also, in a previous search around this subject and forgot about using flash for the task. If someone finds a good one premade ill give it a shot. I dont do flash stuff personally, i just beg DiNANSTY to whip something up for me but never something that is too time consumeing as this may be.
this sounds like a odd question, but is there currently an ATT button anywhere in the current release of this skin? I know there was at least 2 at some point not sure if it released with them and none of the versions i have local have one. Just wondering.
