    Quick ?....
During my lunch break I installed Thunderbird on my CarPC... I didn't make any other changes to the Skin, or INI's...
By default, Thunderbird doesn't embed in the skin properly.. Is there something else that I need to do to get it to embed? Firefox works perfectly, the IM button does nothing

So, what do I need to do to get Thunderbird to embed?

    thanks!

    liquid_smoke,

You need a forum entry just for this skin!

After a bit of re-reading and downloading (and reselecting AVS in RR) I also got the visuals working nicely. (winamp5.1)

The RR config button causes the menu to pop up with a too large font...what size system fonts are you using?

    Thanks again!

shouldnt be anything special other than install thunderbird in the default dir, all should work. Its really just place holder for now, embeds and thats it, more will follow. The IM button does nothing right now, still on the fence as to what application is best suited for the job, seems like there are issues with all of them, either the app fights the changes i want to make or in miranda's case the skining system and application design is soooo hacked together it pushes me away.

    @ everyone

One question, because i think i may have forgot to update LSTOOLS with the last update, do you get the welcome message when you start RR ?

in my car i have no idea, i tweaked them a very long time ago, like 3 years ago, but that should have no affect on you.

what menu are you talking about? and can you post a screenshot so i can understand a bit more.

I wonder if the version of Thunderbird, or the theme makes a difference. When I installed it, I installed it in the default directory with the Black Japan theme....

Regarding the welcome message... It does not show up for me...

It should be ok in the car, as the skin is set to 800x600 which give it a bit more room so the text dosnt overlap

just took a look with the BlackJack theme and it embeds ok for me.
can you zip up your ExecTBL.ini file from inside the skins folder and post it here so i can take a look.

I think i may have not included the latest ExecTBL.ini file in the last update, so that may explain why some are not seeing the welcome message (i disabled it on my desktop) and at one point i think i was editing the ExecTBL.ini file for the LSX skin and not this one
