yes its very possible, the welcome message actually is just a working example of executeing anything based on a specific hour so you can have 24 different actions based on what time it is. If you look in the LSTOOLS folder you'll see the source for the welcome message, its broken into two parts.
Part 1 Welcome.exe(source;welcome.au3) that breaks down each hour and runs a command
Part 2 the actual welcome messages that you see

you can replace all the commands in welcome.au3 to run whatever you want, if you want to play a sound file you can use "playfile.exe" found in LSTOOLS/CLICKSOUNDS and create your voice recording/startup sound etc.

some autoIT scripting will be required, not a lot, you just need to understand what your doing etc to edit the files properly.

im explaining all this cuz i likely wont be doing it

now there is a much easier way to do this, but it depends on if you want the messages to change based on time of day.
If your voice message just said, "hello david" then i wouldnt bother with any of the stuff i typed above. But if you want it to say "hello david, good morning" then it would sound silly if it wasnt morning time, then the stuff above makes more since to do.

its really not hard though, and i may make a small example if this is something people want. Really on have to change one line about 24times in the script. If you crack it open you'll see what i mean.

post or send me our RR.ini file, along with a screen shot of your music folder where the album art is located.

yes, its all pretty much gonna look like the screenshot. I may or maynot remove the icons on the buttons though, not sure. I know while driveing they may come in handy to recognize a button quicker, but i dont use icons anywhere else in the skin so... we'll see.
The mod is about 90% done so expect it to be released soon. Replaceing 150+ buttons is a huge pain in the ***

with that said, it'll prob be a while before i put IG3 in my car, there are a few issues with the new version im not sure im willing to deal with. Crippled hotkeys, street names seem to jump around being 2 big ones for me. So i hope a patch is comeing soon.

LS I like the screen shot. It looks pretty good. I'll say keep the icons, it makes things better while driving. What other bugs do you see with IG3?

they look fine to me, there must be something odd going on with your album art. Where did the album art come from? windows media player?
check if the album art is a hidden file, RR wont read them if so.
