yeah, i didnt think it was a bug either per say, just more of the way the pause/resume function works in RR. They both do the exact same thing and dont check what the state is. 99% of the time this isnt a problem.

ill add those commands in your link though, prob what the CFX skin is doing also.

    thanks.

A few performance things, maybe I'm just not doing something right.

1 - From the main screen, when I click on the "AUDIO" button, it brings up the screen listing all the songs in the current selection, when scrolling up or down, it only scrolls one song per click. Mine lists 6 songs at a time, is there a way to scroll 6 songs per click? When I click on the "BBAA" or "Playlist" button, the bar on the side has the option to scroll one album at a time or to progress one screen's worth down, could this same bar be used on the "AUDIO" screen?

2 - When I click the "BBAA" button, it's great to see the large icons for the folders and then for the album art, but once I'm inside an album, can the icons be switched to a list of the tracks rather than the large icons with limited track titles?

3 - Are there any real differences between the "BBAA" button and the "Playlist" button?

    Thanks LS!

    1. This screen only has 2 scroll buttons instead of 4, the reason being there isnt any room for four. You can allway click and hold and it will scroll faster. Or you can edit the commands for those 2 scroll buttons to scroll one page at a time.
I may make this the default in the update, not sure.

2.The size of the icons has no affect on the text or how much of the text shows up. You also cant change it to show a list instead of the icon. The whole BBAA mode is icons only. Maybe post a request for this for quino.

3.The only difference between Playllist and BBAA button is one is list based and the other is icon based. Other than that they both function exactly the same.

    FYI: update status

    not too much longer.
This is more than an IG3 support update so thats why its takeing a tad bit longer. Some major functions are being changed/added that should make some people very happy.

thanks for the info. I'll wait and see what you do in the update before start messing with that. I've got iG3 running, but I can't wait to see what you've done with it!

Your going to make me happy when the IG3 update is released! Your work rocks. carPC2 has a dedicated LSX void skin. All others have been stripped. I need to learn more about the autoIT program. The expanding toolbar for iguidance is your skills at work. That is badass man. I kinda jumped the gun with IG3 on carPC 2. I didnt test at all before I installed. I had IG2.1 running so smooth and rock solid with LSX. Kinda regret it but im sure the IG3 update will change my mind! oh yeah My p4 loves LSX(void)

    Ig3

    Civic...

This falls in line with "is it powered on..." and the answer is no ;-) You know I will admit I did a half-baked port of IG3 to one of my CarPC's and honestly I think you nailed a big piece of my problem with what would often seem like a basic suggestion.... The minute you wrote this, I said - u know, maybe let me try that. I would say that fixed a good 85% of any issues I was having.

Thanks again.... sounds silly but sometimes you have to try everything.

    Thx

Kolemieux, NP man I'm glad it's working for you now. I did do some testing and in fact I was happy with the results. The reroute was pretty fast for me and almost instant. I saw the message about recal. for about a second. The only thing I didn't like was that when I had intentionally missed several exits to the route, the Nav still tried to get me to take it's origional route even though I had traveled a good 10 or so miles. I thought it would have figured out by now that I didn't want to take that route. Mind you I was on a beltway that is in a loop. It eventually took me the way it had to take me based on my travel.

Overal, I'm very pleased with IG3. The UI alone is fantastic for me; the other one was hard to read and just made it very hard to use. IGMon helped alot but I still hated looking at that map.

    Hey LS,
Not to throw anything else at you, but I am also following CDR's new skin... He created a file transfer program, which is apparently skinnable...
'Freedom' skin beta progress (Flash Based)
Basically, it looks like you can select the source, and desitnation directory and then copy evertyhing over, very easily!

Any chance of integrating it into the next release? I transfer stuff using my usb drive, and various memory cards, very frequently. Hence, my need to keep the minimize button.

    Thanks!
