What files do I need to change to get Iguidance europe to start up properly.
Keep getting the warning

Already tried changing some files with no luck

what is the path to the euro ver of IG?
I forget there isnt a euro version of IG3 yet and by default the skin is set to use IG3 NorthAmerica.
You want to disable the IG3 paths in ExecTBL.ini (or change them) with a forwardslash "/" without quotes.

There is still a IG2 section in the ExecTBL.ini and this is where you want to enable (remove the slashes).

You want to also use the Skinbedder thats located in \LSTOOLS\SB2.9\iGuidance

thats it in a nut shell.

I can give a more step by step later on tonite.

the error box you see is from the startup.exe (startup.au3) file in the SB IG3 dir cuz it cant find iGuidanceUMPC.exe which you dont have cause its not out for Europe yet.

Also, i think IG2 is setup to be used from the custom buttons, i think its on the 2nd page. I may be wrong about that though, im not sure right now. But if its not in the next update all the gps choices will be set from just picking your flavor from the custom button picker like it is now for freedrive,mapmonkey,and IG3. I seem to have forgotten the IG2euro users.

well im kind of in a grey area right now.

Since we can no longer edit post, that means i cant edit the first post in this thread with updates etc, so ill likely have to find somewhere else (offsite) to keep a running log of changes, download links etc. I dont know, seems like a huge pain in the *** though.
The update should be coming very soon, may hold off a little and wait for the next RR upate which seems to be soon also. If i cant edit the first post anymore though i wont be updateing this thread at all with new links etc.

That is awful ???? That is what makes these forums so nice is we can go right to the top of the thread to see the killer updates on posts???

I certainly can't complain and suspect there is a reason for this (but man that is an awful bummer).

LS you do such a great job of this --- Was this a forum code update of some sort. Do you then just need to create a new thread for each incremental - man what a BUMMER... because all the content for a skin is in a single large thread in which the thread can be searched

I'm sure they will bring it back... So far the reasoning is so posts can not be edited out of context? (whatever that means) and has nothing to do with bandwidth or forum limitations.

And if they don't bring it back, hell will break loose in the form of mass update posts

So to disable the IG3 path I've just have to fslash it

Got destinator 6 up and running maybe you can te me how to get that embedded

destinator 6? I thought D3 was the latest version, no? Sorry if im a little ignorant to euro navigation options.
If you want to use freedrive or mapmonkey which i think are both destinator based gps frontend, you simply use the customize able buttons (click and hold) and choose freedrive or mapmonkey and thats IT.
In the next up all the gps options will only require this one step to choose what you use for basic setup.
