guino, thanks for the kind words. None of it would be possible without your AMAZING front end and dedication to the project!

If anyone has not seen this program, I highly reccomend it, its called ShowGPS. It is totally skinnable, and you can use any size, gauge photo's ect to create your own look and feel. Have a look at a sample in the first message in this thread. The center speedometer gauge is actually a photo of my dash's speedometer, with the odometer Photoshopped out. I still want to try to create a better compass, as I really don't like the way that one came out.

I'll keep plugging away, and hopefully have this skin finished in the next month or so. If anyone has any suggestions, or critique's, post away. As this is my first skin for RR, it is a learning process, and stretching my PhotoShop skills to the limit of my capabilities!

The gauges are done with ShowGPS. The text above and below are using RR's built in GPS lables.

Very nice and you know many of us are eager to get more skinny on that with an example ;-) Perhaps of your ShowGPS skin ..?

So am I correct that the image shown is actually much like an Embed of any other app, that ShowGPS is skinned to match the other sking - then embededded as an "A" within your skin page there? Then the other params simply pull like all RR pages.

If so for our knowledge and those never having touches ShowGPS, but have it, could you post that example. I plan to try and work around it as well but that is a damn nice concept you got creative with there.

Thanks - very nice work ... I was looking for something IDENTICAL and don't know flash, and can get good images of my gauges for this.

I have updated the 2nd post, with a link to my ShowGPS skin. It is not the easiest program to skin, as the INI is in German

A couple notes: "Anzeige_Tacho" is the Speedometer, "Kompass", pretty self explanitory, and "Anzeige_Sats" is the sattelite/globe section.

WOW, I like it A LOT.

I have been using the old school brushed metal, but I would seriously consider making the switch to this one. Great Job.
