Ok, the latest update is available for download. It includes the new GPS Gauges screen, Shuffle & Repeat indicators, and quite a few enhancements. Check the first post for Download, as well as more information on what was added / fixed.

I took inspiration crom cdnDave's screen shot a couple pages back in the thread, and put Repeat & Shuffle indicators on all of the screens that have a top bar with track info ect displayed. Also added the respective buttons to toggle them on the audio browser page.
There WAS some sort of issue with the audio indicator on the audio player screen. I coulld NOT seem to find the problem, I have went through the settings, on,off,down grtaphics and I Couldn't find the problem! Well, it was staring me RIGHT IN THE FACE! I had a BUTTON for Master Mute on the player screen, when it SHOULD have been an indicator! It is fixed now.... finally!
The additions/fixes I will be released in the update probably later today when all is finished and tidied up.

New player works great! mute works perfecly in player and indicators for repeat and shuffle work as well. One last thing, though. The save function no longer works. When I touch save, it gives me the load playlist dialogue. Did you disable save temporarily? No biggie, just wondering.
BTW, I dig the unbranded clock, gps, etc under main logo. I was trying to figure out how to get that mitsubishi symbol off that. Reminded me of the time I got my car back from the body shop. My cousin put a Mitsubishi symbol on my lexus to play around with me. Nothing against mitsubishi though, just had a little dejavou (guess that's how its spelled, too lazy to look it up). Thanks, anyways for all you've done! Your very talented and are good with graphics. can't wait now to get my computer and screen in my car.

want to clarify what that means a bit? maybe...play/pause location...
and are you going to update the flickr photoset to reflect that.
and to follow up on an earlier post anyone know how to play the bowling game, the instructions are in some other language.
and on a CPU usage note, when i play the shotgun game my computer is constantly peg'ed 100% usage, i have a p3 900 Mhz, 8MB integrade VC, think thats why?
Also is anyone else getting double e-mails from Mp3car, when someone posted, aka i subscribed and before the whole shutdown thing it would only send me 1 for each thread until i went back and visted thread. but now it is sending me 2, and constnatly everyime someone posts.. weird eh?

As for the CPU usage, it could be a hardware limitation, but I would also check out THIS FAQ, as it helped someone else in this thread that had the same exact problem.
Yikes! I forgot I was working on the LIVE version of Blue Devil! I am working to increase the functionality of the loading and saving of playlists. I just have one small hurdle to overcome. When done, there will be 2 seperate pop-up menu's. One for saving the playlists and one for loading them.
The saving one will allow you to select on in the list to append songs to, or click a button to create an entirely new playlist. It will also have a delete playlist button for the selected list.
The Load Playlist Pop-Up will remain pretty much the same, but with the addition of a "Delete Playlist" button as well for the selected playlist.
I hope to have this completed in the next day, so I won't update the download just yet, so bare with me for just a bit longer.
In the mean time, if you want to use it, just replace the code on the "Save Playlist" button with:
"SAVELIST" and it will pop-up the On Screen Keyboard for the name.

oh my.. i just got owned. i swear that post 196 just appeared outta thin air. that wasnt there before. ha-ha..
and for the thread you posted, been there done that. i did lower the hardware acceleration and that droped my overall cpu usage like 65%, what orignaly was any skin i ran, "idling" as in doing nothing but just runing took 70% then moving mouse took like 90, then clicking on a button peg'ed it for a good 6 seconds then it showed up. once i lowered hardware accelration it fixed pretty much all my issues, except the game
Hehehe don't worry about it. As for the game, It just was probably not so well written, and just eats up cycles.
Ok, in the next update, I HOPE to have a pretty kewl weather add on finished. There will be 5 new buttons on the Right of the "Current Conditions" screen. Pressing and HOLDING one of the buttons will pop up the OSK to type in a city name. It will permantly save it to that button and label it. Then clicking on the button will change to that city for the weather. Chuck has been helping me out with the code, so many thanks to him for sure! I hope to have it all wrapped up in the next day or so.
Oh, The Playlist stuff is done, and It is SLICK if I do say so myself! Pop-up, confirmations, able to delete playlists, add to existing ones, and create new ones, replace existing playlists ect.....

With Chuck's help, and coding advice, The weather skin is complete! It is pretty slick! Just click one of the buttons and HOLD it and the OSK will pop up. Type in a city name, and it is saved to the RR.ini Then when you tap the button, it will load the weather for that city. You can change the buttons as much as your heart desires!

i got questions!!!
Is it possible to make a playlist for videos? There's one for music (which BTW, i haven't figured out how to use - from a guy who installed a pc in his car -LOL).
I'd like the skin in Red or Dark Orange. I know you mentioned your ride goes good with blue but in my car, the factory displays are orange. I actually wish i could change the factory displays instead - that would be the ultimate. Just wishful thinking on this last request
