this skin does look nice. too bad im a terp and am forbidden to use anything associated with duke.

maybe ill make an exception.

Actually one of the side effects, is I have been updating the PSD's yes, but better organizing them and labeling things better int he process. That way when the skin is pretty much complete, the PSD's should be pretty easy to make out and alter.

Well if it means anything, this has nothing to do with the Duke Blue Devil's at all. I was not even aware of the association, till I could not quite make out what you meant, and dis a quick Google search

Just a quick question: the PSD's I downloaded have bars in them when i'm in photoshop 7.0, but when I save and open ms photo editor (basic winxp version) they aren't there. These don't show up in any of my other files I work on in photoshop. Thanks!!

Nevermind. They are guides. I just reallized that. Don't really use photoshop very often. What did you set the guides up for?

I used the guides to line things up on the screen, then I moved them off to the side, and just forgot to get rid of them, you can basically ignore them

Ok, I am delving more and more into the internal code of Road Runner. My project now, is a daunting one, and will take me a while to figure out!

I am creating a iGuidance options screen. With the new auto screen switching, and the ability to pause Winamp when iGuidance speaks, the only way to change this is in the rr.ini.

On the new screen there will be buttons to control these options and indicators to show the status ect. There will be a couple other nice surprises on the options screen too, but I don't want to let the "cat out of the bag" so to speak

Well I am leaving in a few minutes to go out with some friends and hav ea "few" drinks, after this "week in code" I need it!!!

Heres another idea for ya, currently in the iG auto switch Matrix and others sare saying instead of pausing lowering the volume, that sounds cool as an option what ya think? if you dont understand read up on the latest developments (you probably already know what i mean)

Everything works great except the logo. I've tried out many different skins and this one is just about perfect. Any idea why I don't have a logo (reinstalled the skin with the same result) The clock and stuff works, but the white box around them remain. Tried an alternate (chevy) logo...still the same thing.

If anyone else has a different color planned, I would be interested in knowing. I will be attempting a gray version but it will be a slow process since I am very limited in time I can devote.

However if John was to provide the PSD skins i would be willing to begin a Reddish one

or if too complicated i have an asssociate who is pretty good with photoshop - i can tap on his shoulder....

If anyone wants to take on the task of changing the color of the skin, thats great! It will not be an easy task though! 99% of the text has been "Rastersized" meaning it is not "editable" and new text would need to be created for each button to change the color of the text on the buttons.

Hopefully in the next couple weeks or so, I will have the PSD's cleanded up enough to understand and edit them.
