There is a fullscreen mode, you should see a button on your bottom left that when clicked shows a bunch of other buttons that kind of flyout from left to right. the last button is a fullscreen mode.

3.0 will have multiple navigation layouts from which you can choose either one as the default gps layout. Fullscreen is the new default, i think there is a screenshot of it above somewhere.

Is there a skin that I can use for iGuidance inside LSX so that all the menus don't look like a 3rd grader chose the colors?
