i just bought an aopen mini pc, used from ebay.
im still running it through some benchmarks but first impressions are good.

ofcourse, not as fast as my coreDuo laptop, but the celeron M 1.6 is not bad at all! i just need to up the mem to 1gb. its smalll!!

how about mappoint? i can get it to load from the navi button, but how to I make it stay with the borders of the LSXVOID skin?

visualizations run just as smooth as they did on my 2800+

Man, I've been gone for a month and I though the new version would be out by now, if not yesterday would have definitely been the day.

not sure what the problem could be, i havent had to much time to look at it, but im not sure if its with the skin or RR...

so i am using LSX 2 with latest rr... now everytime i load RR it will run perfect for like first 2-4 min then it will freze. other things still work, i can CTRL ALT DEL and get outa it and restart... but everytime it will freze the max i had it on for was about 8 min b4 it froze...

any ideas of what to check?!?! thanks!

There have been a lot of changes to RR since lsxvoid 2.x was released. I dont even have 2.x on my machine to test for compatibility with the latest version, but i dont have time to fix any incompatibility issues with that version anyway, it would just slow V3 down even more. Since pretty much all the features of RR must be exposed via the skin, you really dont gain anything by updating RR if the skin isnt updated to support it, unless you plan to tinker with the skin code. My suggestion would be to roll back your version of RR untill V3 is released.
Even my local version of V3 didnt work correctly with any of the September releases, until the 10-3 release so im sure V2.x isnt fairing too good with the latest ver of RR.

The good news is you wont have long to wait till V3 drops, and it will fully support the very latest version of RR thats not even released yet.

I know its been a very long time since the last skin update, and u guys have waited far too long. Im happy to see that a lot of people are still here, waiting, and even new users and popping in every day. Even with all the other skins releasing updates with some of the cool new features of RR (like transparency) which a lot of them I was the first to implement (locally). That just shows how solid the 2.x release actually is. But 2.x has nothing on V3

Im sure most of you will be very happy with the release, and it should keep you in order until I drop Ether sometime in 2008. Which will be a complete new skin from the ground up with the goal to far surpass everything in the void series.
