Thanks for all you hard work on V3. I think I speak for all of us when I say that we really appreciate the time and effort you have put into this project. When I saw this skin it was the reason I decided to install a carputer. I proudly display your creation in my car and get compliments on how cool it is everyday. You deserve that praise not I. I look forward to V3 and cannot wait for Ether! Thanks again. You da man.

how do i get VIS not to rotate... and also it flickers like every 5 seconds... any thoughts... thanks

what do u mean by rotate? How do the visual run when you run them in winamp standalone?

As said, check instructions.
But also be sure to click in the upper right corner of the main screen: visualization appear only if you ask for them (clicking there)!
I had the same exact problem and in the end I discovered that I was missing that simple detail...

stand alone the vis rotates threw like 30 different vis
i just wanna use yours that i downloaded from page 1...

any ideas how to prevent rotate

ok, that explains it a lot better.

Run winamp standalone.

Right click winamp to bring up the Preferences windows or hit Ctrl + P
Go to Plugins>Visualization>Advanced Visualization Studio>Configure button.
Inside of the Winamp AVS Editor go to Settings>Preset Hotkeys.

at the bottom you will see
Preset (sub) directory to use for random/cycle

If you only want to use the vis from the first page, just create a new folder inside of
\winamp\Plugins\avs
Copy the vis u want into the new folder
and choose that new folder for the Preset sub dir.

TIP:
Also, not many people may know.
In Road Runner if you click just above the button on the bottom left and the button on the bottom right it will cycle the visuals manually. Of course the visuals need to be on and transparent click through enabled.

thats exactly what i want! thanks!! my only other questions is when transparent in RR the VIS flashes every 5-10 sec like really quickly... just kinda of an annoyance
