This is an absolutely incredible skin, with so much thought put into it. It simply oozes professionalism and turns a clumsy mass of PC components into a really sleek looking package. Thank you so much for the hard work.
But I'm SO confused about the Audio manager - is there any way of ADDING files or folders to an existing playlist? At the moment adding a directory clears all the other files out of the playlist.
If I thought I could keep up with the updates, I'd try to write a user manual for this wonderful piece of software.

Is there a way so the visualization overlay comes back on top when going back to home screen? It loses focus when I browse other screens and doesn't want to come back to top unless I click top right to stop vis then click it again to start.
area affected: AUDIO PLAYER
feature: preset changer
Currently in the audio player there is a preset button on the top left, it has 2 arrows and save directly under the arrows.
The way this feature works is it will save up to 5 playlist files and allow you to cycle between them on the fly. The playlist that it saves have to be currently loaded in RR as the actively playing playlist. When you click the button (left or right arrow) to cycle between them, it also saves the track and song possition so when you return to that list it will resume exactly where you left off at.
The core function of the feature i believe is good. The way its exposed to the user i think can use a lot of work. To save a playlist you have to first make sure RR is playing some music, then click and hold the preset right arrow button, OR click and hold the preset left arrow button. The right arrow will auto save whatever is playing to the preset slot thats currently active. The preset left arrow button will let you pick which slot to save the list to.
To me thats a lot of work, and confusing if you really dont fully understand what the feature is or does and how it works.
First i would like to change the name of the feature. Preset changer IMO is kind of weak and really doesn't do a good job of explaining what it does. The new name will simple be called History.
Why History? Because the other changes will put the feature more in line with being just that, the history of the last 5 things you listened to. NOT the last 5 songs, but the last 5 playlists. So whenever you go to the audio library to load up some music, right before you load your choice it will automatically save whatever is currently loaded to a playlist file.
The preset button will then say HISTORY instead of PRESET and the save text below it will be removed as well as the option to manually save to any of the slots.
It will ultimately work exactly as the back and forward buttons work in a Internet Browser.
This to me is much more intuitive and requires nothing for the end user to configure.
If you want to manually save whats playing to a playlist, you can always do this by going to the playlist manager (PLIST button) and click SAVE.
I just wanted to post this up to get any feedback on this change from anyone whos using this feature.
I do not plan to make it an option to enable the old behavior, as it will require too make a duplicate of the code, make changes to that and also make sure the changes dont affect the old code. Its far easier to just modify whats there.
So before i pull out the shovel and start digging into the code, voice your opinions now.

If you turn the visuals on, on the home screen and go to the audio player, they will stay on. And vice versa.
so when will be able to test out these new feature? ;)
there's still a few hours left for this sunday.
I have no objections. Not sure how anybody else feels about it. It sounds like a good idea. I never got much into the presets. I used them once or twice.
