GREAT looking skin. i love all the changes. mine is locking up tho unfortunately when i click the audio button. i deleted the old skin folders, the lstools folder, and i hunted around the rr.ini for a lsxvoid section but i didnt see one, so i didnt delete anything. other buttons and menus seems to be working ok, but 'audio' is causing a lockup =(
edit: tried to delete all settings under 'extra' in rr.ini and still got the same issue. do i need to do a clean install and try again?
Installed this skin first thing this morning before heading out to work. Looks great. I'll be messing with it all this week. There are a lot of things that I didn't fully setup in Ver.2 that I'll probably take the time to do now. Great Work LS. Beer money will be coming soon..... you deserve it.

I've got an odd little thing with IG. I'm using IG 4.
There's a triple box on teh screen next to the "mute" button. They're laid on top of each other and each is smaller than the one underneath, they're also transparent and the same color as the "+" and "-" buttons. Could this be a skin issue or maybe because I'm using ig4 instead of 3.0.1? In all fairness, I'm not that familiar with ig4 yet either (I opted to upgrade to 4 and skip 3.0.1 altogether). I'll try digging around in the program and see what I can find......
*edit* hold on a minute! It's ther when I open IG outside of RR too. BUt only in UPMC. Guess it's not your issue. It seem to be a full screen button for the UPMC version. I'll have to reshack that out! Cheers*
I also can't seem to get the video working no matter what path I do or where I change it (used the skin options, used RR config, editted RR.ini directly too, no joy). Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing?

I can get it to work on preview but I can't get it to play "normally". I opened MPC.ini and added dvd path as D:/ (my cd/dvd drive) I've got to have a path wrong somewhere........
*edit. Did a complete removal and install. No joy. Switched to the BMW skin. DVD works. I think I see the problem. Don't think I had the path to the DVD drive set correctly. Working on it.......*

For me, the triple boxes just embeds/resizes the IG screen differently. Try giving it a few clicks.
i thought the rr release notes said dx7 is automatically included in xp? where do i find the dll or copy it to in order to register it? anyways, i gave it a shot on my carpc and its working fine (it wasnt working on my home pc), so i guess that's good.Quote:

i made sure dx7vb.dll was in c:\windows\system32 and registered it, but this did not solve the problem. just a heads up.
but i am having another issue which im confused about. when i click library inside of the audio screen, only the first item loads up in the list on the right. for example, if im in my root music directory, only the first album shows up in the list and the album art on the left. if i double click a directory and enter it, the list only shows the name of the first song.
if i hit any of the letter groups along the bottom, it does pull up a new album with the corresponding letter, but still the list only displays the very first item.
if i double click the album art and enter BBAA mode, all the albums and covers show up properly there.
anyone else having this issue?
i found some bug's, fixed them up, now i have no lock up's no more.
1.- the big issue for this is the Driveletters.exe script i compiled a new script and is all good.
2.- the video browser has the old video_preview script. which has some big nasty bug's
i have a new script which works flawlessly in my skin. i made a script specially for the Void skin. and is been working nicely in my test's.
3.- i think we need a "browser", and "back" buttons in the setmediapath_1, 2, 3, etc. skins, i tried to use those skins and when trying to select a folder that has audio files those files go to the audio player, and the skin exits the browser. (when double clicking in folder). i set my paths manually and works fine.
4.- in the setmedia_3.skin(videopath) the "APPLY" button is missing.
dont get me wrong LS, i just want this skin to be what most of us believe,perfect as is meant to be.
hope this helps the people with lock up's

Yes, I'm having similar issues. Plus, I can't get the skin to see any of my existing playlists. Though my machine doesn't lock up when I go to audio, once there I'm unable to do anything useful. I'm a fairly inexperienced user of this skin, so figured I needed to read through the thread to see if I have any missing files, settings, etc.Quote:
