ok this may be a stupid question, but is your smart playlist plugin included with the skin? i cant seem to find it, and i REALLY want the ability to search by artist,album, or song name. the biggest problem i have in RR is not being able to search and load up my music properly. most skins have a search button that only works on the current playlist. or am i completely wrong about that? :confused:

that's from 2.02 I think...............
Haven't had the chance to mess around with it in 3.0 yet. Still working out the video issue, getting closer i think...............

Yup figured that out. Don't like them. Reshacker is gonna get a little workout. I'll just reduce the boxes to one pixel or something..........

I guess I can live with my radio issue but it would still be nice to find a solution.

Ok, new issue.

Removed everything. And I mean everything while pursuing the video "bug" I had.

Reinstalled RR, reinstalled 3.0. Now when I start RR I get the opening splash, the a thin black line down the center of the screen. I've reinstalled twice now. If I switch to the BMW skin, everything works just fine.

What Am I messing up here?

I can't even tell if the video is workin as the display is useless.............

to all of you having problems when trying to do a "fresh" install:

Sure, you may have deleted every file left over, but you didn't remove the hidden REGISTRY SETTINGS left over! For a truly fresh install, use a program such as CCleaner (http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/) to scan your registry and remove the old entries.

did u reregister the gdipluswrapper dll and make sure that fastmode or whatever is set to gdi+? i think u need it for transparencies. correct me if im wrong

Ahhhh crap.

It was the +gdi setting............

I think I need to take a break from all this. It's getting hard to see the forest through the trees.

Video still doesn't work in 3.0, but oddly, same setting work in the default "brushed metal" skin and it stil works in "preview video" mode. It doesn't even see the dvd in full mode, all I get is the words "over" in the title bar.........................weird.

Think I'll go to bed and hit it "fresh" in the morning.
