This was a skin i made on my own. I never released it because i didnt do a very good job with the buttons at the time. You can create your own lookalike with a little bit of photoshop skills or (with LS's permission) i guess i could attach the files i used here.

All the other people who are having issues, make sure you have REMOVED all things related to the old skin and make sure you have the latest version of Road Runner, not last months or last anything, it will only run on the very latest version of RR. If you are in doubt as to what settings in RR.ini that need to be REMOVED (not added as i saw some post saying) delete your RR.ini and redo your settings from scratch. This is only for people who've ever had the previous version installed.

The problem is you dont have the latest ratings plugin. I noticed this too because your installer overwrote my ratings folder and suddenly it didtn work anymore. The latest version is available here

i tried the latest version but unfortunately its just too slow for my taste and doesn't work properly with my skin. So im just rewriting the version if have.

So far so good on my end too Carlos. However i do use mine the same way, (5) stars are favorite Jazz, (4) stars R&b (3) stars....and so on.,But (and their is a but) The only glitch that i have is when "Rating" songs. I will go thru my folders rating songs and then the screen vanishes. Have to 3 key out to bring it back (esc doesnt work for this). Note that this dissapearing act has happened on another skin though, as i have not tried rating songs with Void yet.

this isnt possible, but you can use any of the customizable buttons that u click and hold to choose a command. Just replace one of the commands in ExecTBL.ini. Im at work right now so i cant really explain how to do it, but if you search hard enough step by step instructions on how to do it are in this thread.

you dont have to add that to the menu.skin to get album art to show.
Take a look at the vis and logo options button. There are about 14 different main menu layout, and a few of them have album art on the main screen. Just choose one and your done.
When ever you edit the menu.skin file in the root of the skin folder, this will likely get overwritten if you choose any option in the config that pertains to that screen.

There is actually an easy way to do this.

Using Altiris Software Virtualization which is free for personal use, you can capture all changes being made to a system in a package then share the package.

You would build an OS, install all the OS patches, then install this application. Set it to capture, then do all the installation of all the items needed including the skin, etc.

Once finished, end the capture and you have a complete package you can share. It's one file and we just import it on our systems and set it to active on boot.

I'm thinking of doing this later this week since I have a CarPC in house I haven't installed in one of my cars and a CarPC in my Range Rover that I don't feel like sitting in forever upgrading.

Hi LS..Thanks for the input. does the above, also hold good, if i dont have the art.jpeg/jpg in the folder? i am asking this because, i mostly have the art image embeded in the mp3 tag itself and i used to use the mp3art plugin to show the coverart.

That im not so certain about, not sure if i added the mp3art plugin or not, i do know that i did look at it at one point.

I guess this is a noob question, but how do I get it to hibernate when I hit "Sleep" on the power menu? Currently, it goes into standby. I have CMOS set to S1 & S3, have enabled hibernate in XP and have set power options to hibernate upon hitting the sleep button on the computer.
