DONE. You can have as many playlist as you want. You may have to reload RR before the new item shows up in the playlist screen, which is a known issue im looking into as the item should show up instantly without a reload. But from there the playlist is stored and retrieved from the playlist screen.
You can also at any giveing time click and hold the PRESET button on the audio player screen and it will save anything thats currently loaded as a PRESET item (1-5)

To delete a song from a playlist.
This maybe a little quirky as ive never done it but all the parts are there to do it, i think. As with everything else there are a few ways to go about this.
If you want to remove an item from the list of currently playing songs. Make sure have the updated download for the skin. Click the DELETE TRACK button and it will remove the selected item from the list. If you want to edit the list in a saved playlist, just go to the PLAYLIST screen and load any playlist file from the list. Click the DELETE TRACK button on any items you want to remove. Return to the PLAYLIST screen and click the SAVE button and if you type in the exact same name of the existing playlist, it will overwrite the old one or create a new one if its not named the same.

To add items to a saved playlist,first load up that playlist, then you follow pretty much the same format as above, except instead of using the delete track button, you use the APPEND SELECTED button on the LIBRARY screen.

Hope that all makes sence. I entend to make some videos of things like this in the near future. Just havent found the time to do it yet.

LS, perhaps I can make a feature request. It would be like creating a playlist editor that works like the ratings plugin. Where I have different playlists created and when I want to add a song to the playlist I just press on a button and it will append that song to the playlist I choose. Reason being is that when I'm listening to my music and I like a song that's playing, I would like to easily add it to a playlist that I create. I don't think that the method you described above does this but correct me if I'm wrong and let me know if you need me to explain some more.

Next time I'll check my task manager and see if I have multiple version open. I think that I have Winamp 5.5 installed. Maybe that's the problem?

i have this same issue with 5.13, its pretty annoying. is it possible to make an autoit script to manually kill the process on exit?

Don't get me wrong here guys, winamp 5.13 doesn't do it all the time (multiple instances), but I know when it does as there are all kinds of weird problems when it does. When something happens to make me wonder what's going on, I open task manager and there it is: multiple winamp or not closed form a previous instance. Not a big deal in the Mputer (I drive a 300M) as I do a cold reboot and shutdown everytime. It seems to be more of an issue on my test rig (laptop) where I'm changing settings and restarting RR (to test) before I move it into the car.

RR is supposed to close winamp on exit already, I believe. Probably just
"glitches" every now and then. Might be a different story on hibernate though. I do a shutdown to avoid those "return from hibernate" issues with software and hardware in the Mputer anyways.

If I remember, 5.13 was the recommended version of winamp for RR by Guino. I'm just wondering if perhaps he has changed it in one of the newer releases and maybe I/we missed it in a text file or post somewhere along the way...........

I believe there's a setting in winamp to not allow multiple instances, check the preferences. Killing the winamp.exe process when RR closes would probably be easier to do with a simple batch file. Look up TASKKILL.

My album art just dissapeared after a restart!

A little digging around revealled that all my art jpg's somehow became hidden files.

????

Anyways, here's a little gem for the command line to unhide yours if it happens:

attrib folder.jpg -h -s /s

This should unhide all your art again.

Still scratching my head over why it all changed.................

*edit1- well, the art is no longer hidden, but RR still doesn't display it. ??? Really confused on this one. It was working and then it wasn't. Can't remember changing anything either............*

*edit 2- Alright, this is ticking me off!
Complete reinstall of rr 12/06/07, newest void (big vis opt 1), full xp install. Nothing changed, it's all as it comes "out of the box" except for the media paths. Made a folder with one song in it and the album art. The song plays but nothing shows in the album art box!

Just that damn black box with no album art, mocking me..............

What the heck is going on here????????

I think I'm going to try wiping RR and void completely off the drive a start a fresh install..............

*edit 3- That got it. I've been messing around with the program so much lately trying the options and figuring things out that I must have buggered something. Working now.

Just a note for you about something I noticed with RRconfig:

It appears the latest release of RR uses Bluzx's config n place of the old RR config. Not a big deal but the rr config button on the options skin doesn't have the proper address as the config is at RR(space)config instead of RRconfig. I simply changed the name in RR root file to remove the space, but you may want to edit the skin. Your choice, just something or you (and others) to be aware of if you can't open config from inside the skin.
At least that's what my install was doing.......

Hey guys - just installed the skin and it's fantastic. I'm running into a few problems with my rr/lsx void install. If this isn't the right place for it then just ignore. I hate to clutter the thread but figured I'd throw it out there in case any of the experienced folks in here knew the answer.
1. I can't change the speed in lsx 3.2 from km/h to mph. I checked off no internationalization in the config program?

2. iLists are awesome but scrolling isn't smooth for me. Sometimes I can flick it and it'll scroll through to the 50 it's supposed to or so but lots of times when I go to flick it i end up just selecting something or have to push in hard and move up and down which moves it slowly. I have an iphone and obviously am familiar with the scrolling on that but is there a technique or something I should be doing differently or is there some kind of hardware/software issue i'm having?
2a. iLists dissapear after standby.

3. none of my mp3 cover art is showing up in lsx. It was working fine prior to the update to the newest rr and lsx 3.2. I have my pictures in the mp3's folder as a *.jpg. I'm not using mp3art plugin or anything. I have my rr.ini config'd to *.jpg as album art.

4. when resuming from standby the ilists are blank.

some nagging problems not related to lsx necessarily but maybe you may have come across it...
5. i still haven't solved my problem where on rr exit it doesn't save the current playing song and position. When rr reloads it defaults to the top of the playlist and doesn't play. i have resumecheck=true set in rr.ini and resume set to always in the config program (i believe resume=2 is the value set in .ini). this used to work a while ago but all of a sudden stopped working.

6. my sirius list only shows channel - artist (example Octane - Godsmack). It used to show that and also show the song playing. Now it appears that it's not "marquee scrolling" (best way I could describe it) to show the song.

again, sorry for posting questions that im sure have been addressed but i tried searching and couldn't find anything. if anyone could even throw me some search terms to look for that would be great.

btw - using xp and 5.13 winamp. newest rr and lsx 3.2
