You can not change the level of transparency, the skin will never be 100% transparent.

Every screen has a back button that should take you to the previous screen, which most of the time IS the main menu. Which screen do you want to add this button to? There are very few screens that are multi levels deep.

as for the weather. Yeah, ive thought about it a few times. I actually have the code for it too for a long time. Its just been pretty low on the priority list. I try to stay away from the weather screens as there are a ton of labels. Ill try to move it up the list.

Yes you should downgrade to 5.13 you can find it at oldversion.com
There are a lot of little things that dont work right with RR and any version of winamp 5 that is newer than 5.13

using remote access software with RR and ilist dont mix for the same reason you cant play 3D games under a remote session, usually DirectX and hardware acceleration are turned off while using the remote. This kind of sucks though as it pretty much makes using remote desktop software to connect to the carputer useless with RR. There needs to be some code put in place that if there are any directX errors that RR will automatically just revert to the old list type instead of hanging.

Yeah, I am basically looking for the ratings feature with the ability of having more than just 5 playlists. Maybe 10 playlists and also the ability of being able to rename the buttons to things such as Hip Hop, Rap, R&B, Latin and so on. In the last release of LS Void I was using the ratings feature and just kept in mind that 5 stars = Hip Hop, 4 = R&B 3 = Latin and so on. 5 presets was not enough and I thought it would be a lot easier if the buttons had the labels of the playlist on them rather than me having to memorize them.

Is anyone else interested in something like this?

you do know that weather is now based on your current gps position right? i added this with the localdatacapture option. Unless you wanted to know what the weather is like in one city while you're in another this would serve no purpose.

there's nothing that needs to be modified. its a part of the source and was added months ago. If you have a valid gps connection and you're in the united states road runner will take ur current coordinates and search zips.dat for your current city and state. It sends that information to weather.com and returns the weather data for where you are. The only reason rr reads from the weather in rr.ini is:

- You have no gps connection
- You use the HOMEWEATHER command which ONLY reads from rr.ini and not gps
- You have no zips.dat file installed in road runners folder.

Additionally, How do you get Milkdrop vis to be transparent? Every time I set to transparent and then I go back to config it un-selects itself... AVS vis works fine transparent. Thanks again! (I'm using Winamp 5.13 now)

If I recall correctly, rr doesn't support transparency in anything besides AVS. Or maybe it's only AVS that supports transparency. Don't exactly remember right now.

Great release LS, 3.2 is a well thought out piece of kit!

Running stable and steady for three days now with nary a glitch (once I figured out what I was messing up!). Granted, I'm not using the skin to it's fullest capacity yet, but pretty close. I just spent the last 3 days sorting my music files to get them to the point where the skin can make the best use of them.

I'm going to pull the Mputer out of the car tonight and do a "fresh" install from the ground up..............
