Throwing out a request that may or may not be possible. In this skin, I set up extra buttons as XM shortcuts in ExecTbl.ini such as "AP49","XMCHAN;8" so in the secondary screens I can have XM Preset buttons. The problem is I have to manually configure an extra button or command for each XM channel. I was wondering if there was a way to have a dynamic XM preset button that when you add it to the screen, it pops up the OSK and asks you to enter the channel number it should be tied to?

that sounds doable, i may even bypass the channel number osk and just show a list of all available channels, but that may be a pita to code all the channels, arent there like over a hundred cant remember. But sounds like a good idea, ill add it to the to do list.

If you go that route, maybe you could parse the xmcache.ini for a list of available channels?

I am using LSX Void but am wondering the best way to control my phone through the front end. I have been reading in here about PhoCo but it seems that everyone hates it! Can I do it?

depends on the phone. Though phoco is a buggy mess, it has support - such as it is - for the widest variety of phones, and is the only program I know if that supports windows mobile 5 phones
