also note for anyone using the RR installer to install Road Runner, after you install you must delete the file ziplocator.dll or RR will crash and burn. This file should not be included with RR anymore.

Weather Forecast videos from google inside the weather screens. To change the city from Chicago, edit "LSXCOLORS.txt". At the end of the file you will see a bunch of cities listed. Change the first line in this section to the city you want, only the url should be editied.

Built in help system auto runs on first Run of skin and each run, until you turn it off. Also a tip of the day feature is available with additional tips etc. See "OPT" (options) button on main menu.

new updated PhoCo screens to match the rest of the skin.

ATT function now will save curent volume% before it drops the volume to 10% and restore original volume when off.

AUDIO PLAYER NEW FEATURES:
5 disk changer: Saves 5 preset files (m3u) and cycles between them, saves current track and song position for each preset.
Directory player: Skips through each root folder in your music library. If your music library is setup like this; Artist/Album/tracks. The Directory player will load a different Artist (and all there albums) on each click.
NewHits plugin intergration: scans your music library for newly coppied tracks within the time specified by you.
Ratings Plugin new features: added a button that cycles between each 1-5 star playlist.
Removed album art in the default audio player. An alternative audio player is available that has album art, but removes the Directory Player and NewHits intergration. Its found on page 3 of the customize screen commands.
New playlist (m3u) browser, supports save, load,rename and delete of .m3u files.

New Application Embeding system:
Click and Hold any of the customizeable buttons on the main screens>click MORE until you reach screen 3. Choose any of the FREE51-FREE55 buttons.
Click the EMPTY button and go through SETUP to change the application that launches and embeds for this new button. No hand editing of commands or ini files required.

also, run RRConfig.exe and add .exe to the file type for audio for this feature to work

Faq:

FAQ HISTORY for previous releases of this skin

1.) If anyone has any issues during setup or you forgot to remove all settings related to previous versions of this skin, in the root of your RR install you should find a file named "LSXVOID_DEFAULT_SETUP.exe". After you are certain all previous settings are removed from rr.ini run this file. Note: any custom changes to .skin files for the day version of the skin will be overwritten and all settings (for this skin) will be reset to the defaults. For reference and incase you want to manually add the settings to rr.ini by hand they are located in a file named "LSX_ADDTORR.INI.txt" also found in the root of your RR install or here incase you somehow lost the file.

2.) Make sure you add .exe files as an audio file type in RRConfig.exe, otherwise when trying to embed an app using the built in embed setup (FREE buttons)
you will not be able to see the .exe file to choose as the application to launch.

3.) How do i make the visuals transparent like in the screenshots?

Open RR.ini and add this line.

AvsTransparent=TRUE

In the same dir you should see a file named Screensaver.ini (the name is missleading)

Open it and make sure the settings are like below
AvsTransparent=True
FadeOnIdle=False
SecondsToFade=300
FadeInterval=10
DefaultOpacity=175
MaxOpacity=255

Turning on opacity from inside of winamp will give you a transparent visual, but it will still cover buttons in RR and you will not be able to click those buttons till u turn the visu off. What the directions above does is allow you to turn the visuals on, have them transparent and also the ability to still click the buttons under the visuals so you dont have to toggle them on/off to change the volume etc.

Q. I have installed this skin but get a white bar like so.

A. Install the lastest version of flash, make sure you do this from within Internet Explorer.

APPLICATIONS:

External applications that are presetup to work with the skin.

note: all apps should installed to there default paths, dont change anything.

SYSTEM MANAGER
IF you dont have system manager installed, go here, install to the default path. Load the skin, click the right big grey arrow on the main menu, click SYSTEM button

there are multiple links to the differnt versions of system manager (copytool) in that thread, the last 2 versions

5.5 ver (has some reported issues)

LSX VOID SKIN for system manager, sys man can only have ONE skin at a time, so you will have to overwrite the default skin with the lsxvoid version. BACKUP the default first if you plan to use it later.
EDIT C:\Program Files\System-Manager\settings.ini and under the [GENERAL] section make the values look like below.

Great job!

Just hope it will run nice on my EPIA M1300.. the old version used to be a bit slow... did u changed that thing that u said on the previous thread? (i think it was something of the overlay)
