Sorry, this pic is not of the current 2.0 version, but it shows your skin running in my S2000. I must say, it is the ONLY skin I ever use and probably ever will. I just returned from a 2200 mile round trip in the car and it worked flawlessly! Thank YOU.

That's one of those calculations you should never do. I co authored a tech book several years ago. It sounded like a good idea. After it was done, I did the hourly calculation and came to the conclusion that I didn't want to do it again.

So stop doing those calculations or else you'll never do another upgrade! Then we'll be an

Just Kidding! Matter of fact, the latest release was just posted with all the changes mentioned in the last couple pages. Use the mirror site to DL, as the other is still uploading.

Thanks for posting the pic DeadlyAP1! Man thats a nice clean install, right in front of the shifter, which is perfect positioning for the fingers in front of the screen. nice.

Problem: Sirius shows XM preview channel one and MP3 playlist
I havent had any luck with this yet, any ideas?

downloaded the latest usb driver for sirius connect
installed the latest flash player
Sirius works with sirius recorder
tried multiple skin colors
uninstalled and manually installed RR
installed/updated with RR installer (re-installing DFX2 as well.)

Help!

Hey, im not sure if this has been ask on 1 of the 60 PAGES!!!!!! but i cant get mapmonkeu to work properly with this skin. When i go into GPS, mapmonkey loads up but there is not header and footer, whichs means i cant go back to RR itself.

This could be for a few reasons.... Make sure you have the Com port that Sirius is using set up in Road Runner config.

If you are seeing the XM preview logo, it sounds like you are using the XM skin. The easiest way to fix this is to simply rename the XM.skin in the skin folder to something like XM-Bak.skin or something. Then rename the Sirius.Skin file to XM.skin. This should get you going.

Ok guys, I have the skin pretty well tweaked out, and just about every plugin for RR is supported

Is there anything that you think the skin is missing, or little things that have not worked the way you expected? Let me know now, as I am gonna take some and concentrating on just improving the little things.

John, the skin is state-of-the-art. Many, many kudos to you.

The only improvement I can think of is that it would be nice if the jump-to plugin were a little more dependable. I know it's not a skin issue and that Sonic and DJiK are working on it, but if you could use your considerable influence to help iron out the bugs and then skin it for DigitalFX life would be good.

Oh, I almost forgot, if you could figure out a way that I could have always-on broadband Internet access for about thirty bucks a month that would be good too.

This would be the case with many other colors mixed with that blue.

With the transparencies, It's no longer a need to release the PSD's

Attached are 2 transparent PNG's (On & Off state). Simply paste the station logo's of your choice on the images in Gimp or Photoshop, and save them out as PNG's.

Here are the PNG's:

I just download that Zip file. Is there only one file needed? Just the Off state.
I only see one png in the zip file.

John, I know this had been briefly discussed before but I still feel that when you press the "music" button on the main menu, you should go straight to the audio player. Then, if you need to browse or change the playlist, you can navigate from there. Most of the time your playlist is already set and doesn't need to be changed. If the person leaves the audio player to go to the main for whatever reason, it is a bit cumbersome to get back to the player, since he has to go through the browser which he doesn't need.

I know it could be easily enough changed by someone who has the basic knowledge of skinning, but I venture to guess that most users don't have this skill set. Is it possible to make this change in the next release? Just my .02 on an otherwise perfect skin...

Looking at your screen cap above, it made me realize that I forgot to do the logo for channel 1 on XM. Here is the image for channel 1 for those using XM, just rename it to "1.gif" and copy it to the Road Runner/XMart folder.

I am following that very closely, that is one of the "loose ends" in the skin I would also like to get fixed 100%
