first off great like all the others say just gets better and better.
just download new ver. from mirror
i don't seam to have the icon in my gps button in player,i've always been able to switch between gps and art with no problems before and still can ,just don't see the icon.
visu in menu i'll be happy to have it .
hav'nt tested yet but do visu change color to skin automatically, hav'nt installed visu yet after a reboot.
been playing with Autoroute 2007 and getting allthe func's working for touch screen without skin buttons just the player button.
The only thing I can think of that would be causing this, is it is not 100% set up in RR correctly. This means that RR doesn't "know" that is is already running, and will load a second instance.
Open the Road Runner Config Utility and click GPS at the top. Ensure that the settings are:
GPS Path:C:\Program Files\iNav\iGuidance\iGuidanceUMPC.exe (Or whereever it is on your system)
GPS Window Name: iGuidance
and on the left "GPS Settings" Make sure its set to "External"
I am betting it is the window name, as if that is off, iGuidance will load it every time you press the GPS button. Yikes, thats something I forgot to put in the installer. Let me find that file and put a link to it here. (EDIT: Here it is, till the next update when it will be with the installer again)

That would be nice IMHO.On another note, does anyone think the availability of a Visu on the main screen would be of any use? I was just toying around here a bit.
I personally don't use that visuallization & use the milkdrop visuallization since it is an optional thing for this skin & easier to set up. I am worried that if it is embedded in the main page, then the milkdrop visuallization will be there without any of the transparency and I will end up not seeing the more valuable song and other info that I wish to see. If this is the case, then I would vote to not have the visu on the main screen. If it isn't the case, then I would vote to go for it so long as you can make the background text a little more prominent - it is kinda hard to see, & I imagine if u r making a quick glance at it to read who the artist is, you may not see it too well & have to take your eyes off the road longer.
Sorry, my camera died recently & I am looking for a new one. In the meantime, take a looksee at your older skin running in my car in my link in my signature & imagine digital effects 2.11 with the moonscape background, the chrysler logo, compass & analog clock.![]()

Thanks Alot!I installed speed fan here to test it out myself on the desktop. It's hard to tell what the real temps are verses the phantom temps. I put the back of my hand up against the CPU fan, while monitoring the temperature on the screen. Well, I got a little to close! One of the fan blades caught my ring finger, and went up under the fingernail, and snapping one of the blades off of the fan! Talk about nosies and vibration! (This is a high speed fan on a Dual Core P4 processor).
I immediately reached behind and pulled the power cord before the CPU cooked. It was then that I noticed I was bleeding like a stuck pig! The fan blade cut the end of the finger a little bit, before going pretty far up under the nail! yes.... *OUCH*! (Cant post a few of the choice words I said when it happened)
I looked at the clock and saw that I had 40 minutes to make it across town during rush hour to get another fan, or it was no computer for me tonight!
Well I got back, and had to take everything out of the case to remove the motherboard, as the mounting bracket goes on the back of the motherboard for the fan. I just got it all put back together, and came here to post about the ordeal. What a mess!

Oh, and as for the Visuals, Milkdrop does not support transparency, so that could be a problem. To make the avs visuals transparent, all you need to do is create a file named "screensavers.ini" in the Road Runner root folder. In that file put the following lines:The line "Default opacity" above is for the level of transparency that you want to use (255 being solid, 0 being inviable). This is a screen capture of the main menu with the transparency set to 75.Code:AvsTransparent=True FadeOnIdle=False SecondsToFade=300 FadeInterval=10 DefaultOpacity=75 MaxOpacity=255
I am going to add a hidden button to the center area on the main menu's to turn it on and off. It will never automatically start, for those that do not want it, but if you do, just tap the center of the screen.
