    Check here:

It's really quite easy. If you do everything right and the program still doesn't embed properly, it's most likely a faulty window name. Sometimes finding the correct window name can be elusive even with Winspector, especially if the application spawns other windows.

    thanks
Forget it, you will never get an answer for this. I did the first steps and I embended mapmonkey in RR. An easy way is to copy the menu_on and menu_off images and paste them with the names you want. Destinator_On and Destinator_Off. If you want to see mapmonkey in the region where the menus are (music, radio, dvd, gps etc), open menu.ini and add to the end of the file the line.

I am not in frond of my pc so I think the cordinates are correct, but you can change them depending the exactly possition you want MM to be. By this you will have the bottom line of the menu accessible and the header. Of course you can delete all the lines in the menu.ini that refers to the buttons in the middle an the flash square.
This is a simple and quick way to use MM. Then you can "play" with MM bars to remove useless buttons.
It's just an idea. Hoping that I helped a little. If I will finish it I could post it, but it is easy this way i describe it.

Assuming that the feature is still turned on in the settings portion of the DigitalFX skin, if it was working before and is no longer working it's probably because you have changed the volume of iGuidance or your mixer to levels that won't allow the muting to work. From the DigitalFX help file:

For Winamp to automatically pause when iGuidance speaks, you must adjust your system volume settings. For Road Runner to know when iGuidance is speaking, it relies on sensing a volume change. You should set your wave volume to at least 5% difference than the iGuidance volume level. In my case I have iGuidance set to 100% volume, and the Wave volume set to around 60%.

    RREarth

Loving the updates from yesterday, but I sure found a really interesting bug this morning. Well, it is kinda a bug, because I know you aren't officially supporting RREarth, but anyway here goes. I don't have satellite radio so I use the skin editor to remap the satellite radio to RREarth (ie: change command "XM">"GE_start"). Anyway, when I leave RREarth and go back to the main menue, lo & behold, the entire upper part of the main screen where you recently placed the transparent spectrum analyser is a really wide and short google earth window! No song information or anything else is visible in that window. While you don't support RREarth, you may be interested in knowing this for future skin changes in case u do end up implementing it later. I think I probably have to either revert back to the previous main menu skin or else figure out a way to change that myself (for me, a nearly impossible task!). I wish I could get a screen capture of this for you, but I don't have a keyboard hooked up to my carpc & thus no prtscn button.

I know this is an old post, but I just started using RREarth and I have the same issue. Here's the screenie. Any way to fix this?

I need to jack up the volume everytime I boot the pc.
"pause music" on iguidance was set to off.

Also how to set the GPS skin default to the one with song/gps location info?
I don't want to keep pressing the down right corner button once everytime I start GPS.

    Thanks!

    John:
I've been using DigitalFx2.0 about a week, I think I found a bug, when in the GPS status screen, the "E" on the compass has a mind of it's own, when you are traveling east, you can't tell if the "E" is an "E" or a "W", it doesn't stay
upright like the other letters when you change direction. I think it's a problem with the "GPSCompass.swf" file.
by the way, good luck with the home purchase experience.

The command under that (lower right hand) button is "LOAD;EXTERNAL_Music_GPS.skin;iGuidance;C:\Program Files\iNav\iGuidance\iGuidanceUMPC.exe;iGuidance",

if you replace the command under the GPS button in the main menu with the one above, it should work the way you want.

Not sure but it make sence. Try it and let us know.

It was mentioned earlier in the this thread, you're right, the sfw file is screwed-up but i don't think anybody has fixed it yet..

    Can you?
