    CDRip not working..

    Hi,

I have searched forever for an answer to this but haven't found one. This issue was brought up on page 29 and no answer was given. When I load the CDRip plugin, i get the following screen and nothing seems to work. When i click on the artist space, it's supposed to load an OSK but I don't even see a jpg for the OSK in the DFX folder?
As you can see there is a weird input box and the online status doesn't work either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    Hi,
After some debug, it seems that the main problem is that the CDRip can not handle png image files.
The skin and the CDRip plugin have OSK skins.

    Possible workaround:
    1. copy the OSK skin and image files from the CDRIP directory to the DigitalFX 2.0 directory. In this case the OSK will look different from the other skin screens.
    2. in the osk.skin file change
    OSK_off.png,OSK_off.png,OSK_on.png,OSK_off.png
    to
    OSK_off.jpg,OSK_off.jpg,OSK_on.jpg,OSK_off.jpg
and use the attached jpg files (just saved the png as jpg).
In this case the OSK will not be transparent.
    3. Add PNG and transparent support to CDRip, but I can not help here.
    Hope this helps.

Yesterday I was trying to use an extarnal imageviewer ACDSee. I did all the changes in menu2.ini but it don't load. If I use another program for example photoshop it loads normally. But ACDSee no. Of course i will not not use photoshop in this case. It was just a test. I want to load ACDSee in full screen just because it has a lot of options that I need. Does anyone know why is that happen?

    external program

you need to find the window name of your program ,usually in the title bar at the top of the program when running.
then change the imageviewer line in menu 2 to look sommthing like this

    "LOAD;ImageViewer.skin;ADCSee;C:\Program Files\Road Runner\ACDSee\IACDSee.exe"

if you don't want to use the imageViewer skin, just a normal skin with the play buttons change this bit to

    "LOAD;GAMES.skin;ADCSee;C:\ so on

Thanks for the reply. I already try this. I tried other programs in a command line like: "LOAD;ImageViewer.skin;ADCSee;C:\Program Files\Photoshop\photoshop.exe; acdsee" and it works eve if label is wrong. I let the same line and change the path of the exe file and it works. Only acdsee do nothing. I just try it again with this line:
B08,560,424,405,92,"LOAD;ImageViewer.skin;ACDSee 6.0;C:\Program Files\ACD Systems\ACDSee\6.0\ACDSee6.exe;ACDSee 6.0","". No success. The skin changes but the program dont start

    EQ button minimises skin

Hi guys, my first post. I downloaded the latest Road Runner and Digital FX skin, about three days ago. I also made sure I have Winamp 2.95.

I have spent the last three days reading all 100 pages of this forum (joys of being retired).

My problem is as the title, if I hit the EQ key then RR disappears.

I took the advice in posts 1279 and 1293. My mixer off and on were already .png

In post 1462 it mentions 3 files, 2 mixer 0ff and 1 mixer on.
I only have 1 of each. Could this be the problem?

    Any help would be appreciated
