There already is a Sirius skin packaged with it

You just need to open the menu.skin and change the command "XM" to "Sirius" and set up everything correctly in RR Config.

Yep, it will be in there!

This is a new skin that opens when you press the "Library Search" button to give you all the different choices for the search. The standard search is also available right next to the "Library Search" button.

The results shown below are from pressing the "Title Search" button, and typing "Dancing" with the On Screen Keyboard. It went through my 26,000 songs and returned 20 matches in under 1 second

The same search using Road Runner's "Hard Drive search" takes around 40 seconds to complete.

Really nice. So when the list comes up one simply clicks to play the song I suppose. Would it make sense to add a button to that screen to add the chosen song to a playlist so that playlists can be created through the searches?
I'm curious if you had instead typed "pet dancing" whether the highlighted song would still have been found.

How tough do you think it'd be for someone to go through this thread and pick out just what's important? We are at 2027 (including this one) posts. There is just too much to read here when someone new comes along.

And I understand the idea of searching...but things can easily be missed if you don't use the exact same terminology (or abbreviations).

Currently "Pet Dancing" would not have worked with that search. It is either song title or artist.... I *May* be able to create a search like that with boolean expressions (And Or ect). I had to change all sorts of code around so you could use more than one keyword as it was. So, for instance, "west girl" will return "West End Girls". Partial words are accepted as well, so "adise the ash ard ght" will return "Paradise By The Dashboard Lights"

Yes, I definitely need to add a add song to playlist button on that screen. Thanks for the catch on that one! When putting all of this together, its so easy to overlook the simple stuff!

Sorry, mileage did not make this release, hopefully after this release is all done, I can get to work on adding that in.

As for the thread, yea, hahah! I know what you mean! It is the largest thread on the MP3Car forums, and has the most view of any of them as well. I have done my best to take all of the relevant information from this thread, and put it into the help file. Detailing each problem, and the answer. That help file has been a whole project of its own, and there is a log of very useful information in there!

Ok, I was able to get the dual song/artist search to work. So searching for "Pet Dancing", will either give you one of two things, depending on where you search for it within the skin. If you are using Guino's web browser Plugin to search, you will more than likely see this. In the Music skins, however, it will return "Pet Shop Boys - Domino Dancing".
