Thread: Digital FX 2.0 Transparent Released

Ok, I had a light bulb go off over my head last night I was thinking on how when I did a search for a song, that it would be nice to listen to the whole album, by selecting one of the songs in the result list. Well, a little bit of creative scripting later, It works! I am pretty sure that this is the first skin for RR that has this feature.

It also does not have to be done with a search. Meaning load up your favorite playlist, and go to the search screen. Highlight a song in your playlist on the left, and click "Play Album". This will load the entire album, that that song is on.

NOTE: This is all based on the library search, and unfortunately will not work with the standard RR hard drive based search. This is VERY easy to set up though, and is just a matter of having Winamp go through your MP3 folder, and add the songs to a database.

In the following screen shot, I did a search for the word "Domino" and the results are displayed:


I then just highlighted the song that I wanted to hear the entire album for, and pressed the "Play Album" button. The list appears on screen, and the album starts playing in the original order of the songs on the album. (If you have the track numbers correct in the ID3 tags of course).
