    If you run the trafficams program at startup it will go and collect the cameras in the background, so when you then select trafficams it will show what is has. It will continue to update the cameras according to the delay set in the ini file, so if you have a slow connection, make the delay longer. (default is 60 seconds)

    digital fx 2.5 player won't go to next song

    I'm using digitalfx 2.5 with the current version of RR. When I go to Music then player and try to use the next song button (>>) nothing happens. When I goto the playlist button and try to use the next button the song pauses. The next button does work on the main screen and gps screen. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    I had the same problem(s). Back a few pages in this thread you will find the solution(s):

    Read through 3314 where I posted a zip file with 3 skins in it for similar button problems.

    Thanks for the info! I tried this and am having some problems... Did you mean put the Trafficcam.skin in the Pr-load setting in RR? Thats what I did. It was working with my cable hooked up(cable broadband connection)... testing now with the I415 MOTO phone that is only doing 21Kbps download speed. I got an error when loading the traffic cams skin. :
    Traffic Cam
    Run-time error '9':
    Subscript out of range
    OK
    I checke din the traffic cams folder and noticed there were cam1.jpg thru cam19.jpg. Could the 19th be the out of range error cause, since there are only three pages avail in the skin with 6 skins each = 18?

    Camera 19 is the full size camera so it won't be that. (there is allowance for 24 cameras)

    Not sure why you would be getting the error if the install is exactly the same and all you have changed is the internet connection speed.

    Maybe I'll try removing the plugin and re-installing it again. Just hope that doesnt have any weird side effects to something else. I've asked this before, and searched through the registry... but still wondering "how portable is RR/DFX?" Meaning, can I just copy the Program Files\Road Runner directory as a backup and thats it? (of course I know I'd need winamp, Iguidance etc, etc.)

    There should be no registry references in either RR, Trafficams or the DFX skin (although JohnWPB mat come along and say he is using the registry)

    Ok, after removing and installing traffic cams the error isnt showing.
    For the most part it works aside from this:

    I am using the Default skin:
    C:\Program Files\Road Runner\Traffic Cams\skins\Default\traffic cam.eskin
    When I click on the "X" button it switches to the Screen that says "If your traffic cams page doesnt load you need to install the internal traffic cams plugin" -- Never recovers from that page...

    Am I missing something in the installation of traffic cams?
    I copied the folder : Traffic Cams 1.2.1\Traffic Cams\ to the Road Runner folder. (deleted current folder first) - clicked on register.bat
    Is there something else needed?

    Also am i correct to understand that "Delay=60" is going to update the prices every 60 seconds, AND "Update=3" is going to check for traffic cams program updates every 3 minutes, seconds, days, or?

    Delay=60
    Country=US
    Skin=Default
    Update=3

    C:\Program Files\Road Runner\Traffic Cams\skins\Default\traffic cam.eskin
    B,670,235,61,76,"CLOSE","" <<== "X" Button

    The X button is the close button, ie it closes the program down.

    Delay is in seconds and is the amount of seconds you want between attempts to download new camera pics.

    ie

    Delay=60 'waits 1 minute

    Delay=360 'Waits 6 minutes

    Delay =500 'Waits 8 minutes 20 seconds.

    Update tells the program which server to check for updates.

    DFX should have a skin for Trafficams which will probably fit better than the default (BMV2) skin.

    Thats what I needed to know! Thanks.
    Not sure why it hangs on the loading traffic cams instead of closing... But, I guess its ok, since the Home button works from that screen.
