Update - no idea what happerned... RR crashed and the skin ini files have been currupted.

Not even looked at it since as I'm back on MC2 at the mo....

Yes and no... I like my colour matching buttons but until CDR ( or some else ) gets the bugs out its not happy on my Via 12000.

• See ** - The browse by album art some times hangs the skin ( but not flash ) especially after a hibernation.
  
• I've got a MP3 file with a very long TAG... I've noticed the text goes over the menu button ( ie Audio ) on the main screen rather than behind - I've scince noticed this on the audio screen too.
  
• Under the web browser if you use a very long url ( eg the project I showed you cdr ) you cant see what your typing as it goes off the screen once its reached the full length of the URL entry box rather than shuffle accross....
  
• Where you have lower buttons change ( ie from web to volume etc ) is there any chance you can add the following on the web browser ?
  
  1) Online / Offline Indicator ( I guess a simple ping will do )
  2) A dial up connect button
  3) A dial up disconnect button
  4) An option for Auto or manual
  
  ( Some info on that here http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/soft...-required.html - The code shows you the command line needed for both. )
  
  I see the web browser autoconnects now but It some times has if you have it started ( The web app ) and then move to another screem and hibernate but dont have your phone one you. Sort of hang around for ages once you restart. May be if you can through in the option to run a command first too for those of us that use BT ?
  
• See ** - Any one got the EQ to use the presets / save the presets ? I have a few I want to use but I just dont seem to get them to work even though the EQ does.
  
  More info - Tested just now. If you press and hold the preset it updates it but saves it so that if you press any of the other eq presets the same comes back - ie one setting for all the presets. Also had a hick up where after a while ( I was waiting ) it went to the main screen and turned the volume up full. When I when back it would not let me check the EQ manually let a lone by the presets.
  
  See ** - WORK AROUND - I got it working - But I know the issue. Yes you can set and save but if you dont exit out the screen and then go back in you cant use them / wont update the screen. To fix - do youor settings then go to the main screen THEN test them.
  
  
• I did this under the Title section in rrconfig and I cant seem to get it to work... am I been dim ?

  It still shows undefined underneath... and I know all my MP3s are sorted as well this time.
  
  ** Update ** - Tags show ok in genral on 03 - is this an ID3 / ID1 tag its looking for ?

• See ** - On my 12000 runs a lot slower than 0.3 - a lot. Although I dont get the same scripting error message I posted a while back. Screens tend not to change and a reset is needed ( ie mixer to main ) or they take for ever.

CDR - Any upates ? Would any bribery work at this point ?

** = Well, I've been using all the speed & transistion options enabled for a week now. Bar the fact its a tad slower for obvious reasons its not failed on me yet, even the EQ works as it should.

So - on that basis I'd say there is some coding some where that needs looking at for the cut down versions.

OK - been using with CPU speed fast and transitions off. Its ok for all but 3 hibernations and then sort of hangs but the machine is still running... in fact so is the skin but with no control over RR. Its even worse if using FD 1 and you exit the GPS screen as they always does hang.

Now trying with the transitions on fade & CPU speed slow. It also crashed last week and all settings now come up as 'undifined' and wont set plus it still hang now and again. I'm now back on MC2 for the mo until CDR updates / or some one else does FU... I hope it happerns soon - this is the best skin I have seen in yonks.

i have a 2ghz P4, should i keep the settings to slow cpu?

any one know if there is going to be a new version of this coming out soon? By the way, love the skin. way better planned out then LSX Void which i was using.

The true test comes when my friends figure out the FU skin in seconds and the LSX void skin takes time to get used to, and i keep having to tell them how to load songs and stuff. FU is so intuitive.. Good job. Hopefully we will see something new soon.

I switched to this skin after centrafuse started charging and I love it. Very well put together and thought out. You can tell a master skin builder did it.

why wont my it list my songs in the audio player? it has the song title etc at the top of the screen but doesnt list all the tracks or show the album art. it also doesnt show the files in the audio browser but does show it all if i 'search by album art'. it doesnt show the album art on the main menu screen either.

All my albums have a folder each with the album art as a .jpg in each folder. am i doing something wrong? it seems to work ok on my laptop indoors.

long time knowledge soaker, first time poster

i've been using FU for about 3months now, CDR your a master of the code! everyone that jumps into my car is mesmerised by ur skin! thankyou. and to all for your input for bugfixes!

I have a lil utility that jumps between secured wireless connections that i've setup and entered each relavent keys, which runs in the background. every time it connects, it opens a web page outside of RR & FU. It has a spot where i can get it to execute a program/path. i want it to execute the web section or weather skin of FU when it connects. Is this possible? and what do i need to enter into the utility to get it to work?
