ok, so i, like many people, love RR and its single screen capabilities, but want to take things to the next level with another screen. it just happens that my second screen is 20 inches. dont ask where its gonna go, even i dont know that yet (i see a crazy fab job in the near future). anyway my question is:
does anyone know if i were to be running two completely separate instances of RR, if i could control each of them from any screen i wanted to? like on screen one (instance one of RR), could i tell screen two (the second instance) to go to the video player screen, or to change the background?
if this is not possible, does anyone know of a way to put two different backgrounds on two diffreent screens? the new transparent background function allows one to change the background, but i can only control the background for that one instance of RR, and i dont know how (or if its possible) to have different controllable backgrounds for each screen. if you dont get what im sayin, lemme know and ill post a picture.

yeaa ive already read that thread. a few times actually. i guess i just have other details to work out, like how to control a video playing in one instance of RR with the slider and buttons from another instance of RR. well see how it turns outOriginally Posted by Enforcer

i still dont know how to do this! i hvae read many threads on this, but every time i get two instances of RR running, they are each controlling a separate winamp. i want to be able to scroll through my playlist on one screen, choose a song, and have it show on both screens.
if you dont understand that, basically i want one screen to be a playlist, and the other to be information about the currently playing song.

k this is the last bump, then ill give up. someone just tell me that its not possible so i quit hoping taht someone will respond to this thread.
if this isnt possible, would it be possible to add somethin like this to guino's long line of feature requests?
I think this would have been better served in the main RR forum rather than the skins subforum.
I think Guino doesn't look in here as much as the main one. And he really is the only one I can think of who can answer your question.
yea i realize that everytime i come looking for this thread. i venture in the skin subforum most often and dont realize which one i am posting in. ill give this a couple days, then retry in the main forum, then give up.
