Iguidance not emedding right...

I am having trouble getting iguidance to embed correctly.
What is happening is that it is not displaying the gps skin.

Once Iguidance is embeded I can click up inside the skin (outside of the iguidance program) and the external gps skin will appear correctly.
What am I doing wrong here?

Im having this problem with any external apps. FreeFone as well.
internet explorer embeds to the correct skin, but not the correct position until the skin is reloaded....
Really getting frustrated.

Problem solved,
added an RR.INI to the skin folder and in it I put the following lines to preload the external gps skin and the free fone skin (the only skins that embed external apps for now).
preload=external_GPS.skin
preload=freefone.skin
