Recently I have been exploring for new features to add. I found the ratings plug in to be incredibly usefull and pretty cool to use. So this will be implimented in my next release. Also traffic cams maybe as well. Still considering this it will depend on how well I can skin it and If I really see a need for it.
FRC25 has been released and is a very stable and feature filled version. Fixed the bugs with the OSK in the web browser.

Iguidance Menu Complete with a "Where am I Button" This will display your current position as City, County, State, ZIP Code, and Longitude and Lattitude.

Pre-Release Version 2.5
Added a few things since last release. Background changer now has a preview window so you can see what you select before the change. I removed the task manager since it did not embed correctly. I replace that with an album art downloader. I thought this is much more usefull anyway. There were also a few useless buttons on some screen that I removed as well. The music player screen had a enter button. Not needed, removed. The playlist had a delete file button that seemed to cause RR to freeze, removed that as well. Not really needed anyway. The splash screen has been changed as well. It was pretty damn ugly before now it is a little more functional.

Finished the Trip Meter, Gas Price Finder and Web Browser Screens. Also finished tweaking the Main Menu 2.
All that is really left is the games menu, movie menu and the freefone menu. Other than that, this is pretty close to done.

Changed a few icons on the Main Menu.
Lots of menus finish today. Menu 2 still needs a little tweaking and the gas price finder needs to be completed before I wil update the links. Expect the next release in less than 1 week.

First Pre Release
Using in my car now. Very stable release.
Font color changes from blue to white text. Much easier to see in the daylight.

(will get more features added in future)

Looks and works good so far; thanks for sharing. You have a "play" command behind the "next" button on the lower left..what's the rational behind that?

get some decent hosting... set up an account with deviantart perhaps? they accept skins and stuff as "art" so there will be no problem hosting it with them.

This is just a test release. The play command is just a filler. The next buttons will display a second menu for that menu set. For instance there will be more than one main menu.

This is not a complete skin yet and may need a little tweaking, but I ran it in my car today and it ran pretty well. Short trips to the store, testing out the autoswitch with iguidance worked excellent and the "iguidance" alert indicator worked (new RR feature, wasnt sure if it would work good).
Expect more in the near future.

Savefile is an awsome host. Never had a problem with them. Occasionally things go down for upgrades or what ever. I dont think 10minutes is a lot of down time. Consider mp3car just went down the other day for nearly a whole day. Upgrades are necessary and down time is too sometimes.

Sounds Good! Hopefully the transparency will be extended to the top bar. Right now, all the functions and windows are covering most of the background.

It will be, I noticed this as well. The info boxes will also be slightly more transparent. Font colors have changed as well. All text is white, not blue. Blue was way too hard to see in the day light.
