    Having trouble clicking buttons w/ scrolling labels on top of it...

    So, here's a snipet of the skin code:

    Code:
    /, B, x, y, w, h, Command;COMMANDCODES, Tooltip
    B14,155,89,492,38,"CHANGESETUPRRDRIVEPATH",

    /, L, x, y, w, h, color R;RGB, G, B, font size;FONT, font name, Code;LABELCODES, Tooltip;LABELALIGNMENT
    L19,181,92,437,29,#MMITITLER#,#MMITITLEG#,#MMITITLEB#,#MMITITLESIZE01#,#MMITITLEFONT01#,"DLPATH||LISTTEXT||=\","SCROLL-CENTER"

    .
    I can't seem to "click" the button if there is a scrolling label on top of it. With static labels, the button works just fine. However, with a scrolling label, I have to click outside the boundries of the label code to click the surrounding button.

    Is there a way around this and still keep the scrolling label?

    Labels are on top of buttons, when te label scrolls it is preventing the button from beeing pushed.
    Change your button to a LABEL and put this code in.

    L14,155,89,492,38,"EXEC;CHANGESETUPRRDRIVEPATH||=" ,

    Copied it and pasted, but it didn't do anything?

    I even tried an existing command:

    L14,155,89,492,38,"EXEC;PLAY",

    and it didn't do anything.

    I think there's a bug on that command. An extra set of quotes is showing up after using the EXEC command.

    ExecTBL.ini:
    Code:
    "CHANGESETUPRRDRIVEPATH","LOAD;SETUPRR_CHANGEPATH.skin"

    .
    Command1:
    Code:
    L14,155,89,492,38,0,0,0,18,"Arial","EXEC;CHANGESETUPRRDRIVEPATH",

    .
    debug.txt
    Code:

    Change your LABEL from this
    L14,155,89,492,38,0,0,0,18,"Arial","EXEC;LOAD;SETU PRR_CHANGEPATH.skin",
    to this
    L14,155,89,492,38,,,,,,"EXEC;LOAD;SETUPRR_CHANGEPA TH.skin||=",

    You can't have clickable areas when you have a scrolling label.

    I asked this ages ago.

    However if you ever get a solution to work let us know.

    just tested it and it works just fine with scroll.

    L,288,12,200,50,,,,,,"EXEC;MAIN||=",
    L,302,22,172,29,255,255,255,18,"Arial","TAGTITLE", "SCROLL-CENTER"

    MAKE SURE THE EXECUTABLE LABEL IS ON TOP OFF THE SCROLLING LABEL.
    Meaning the exact order as on top. Exec Label first then scrolling label.

    Yes you do. Otherwise it is not working. Got me I don't know why.
    BTW. The all caps does mean I was shouting or yelling.

    Even better, it works with Album art as well.

    I am now well made up. Cheers MGD.
