You could also use something like this and control the volume (before the amp)

Thanks again chevy, where would you wire that radio shack part? I'm familiar with potentiometers but not quite sure where to place it on the wiring diagram to make it efficient.

That depends on your setup. That one "should" work on the stereo output from the computer going to the amplifiers/amplifiers, as it does left/right The Nano Patch does this, but is in a box and with some more cost.

I have a problem, the butons do not show up, only the writting on them, unless I go with the mouse over them. I had Shock V3 installed before and that one works fine. Any help?

Sounds like a conflict in the art files. Can you explain how you have it installed? Perhaps re-extract a fresh Shock-v5.0 to a new directory and start from there.

I tried version 4 and 5... both act the same. If I hover mouse over they load up, one by one. I extracted the archive and copied the folder in the skins folder.

It's the last version. I even checked the updater. There's also no backgound, if it makes any difference.

You need to set a background image, go to set > background > choose an image > APPLY. This will update the skin.ini file with a legit path for your system and get the background displayed. Hope this helps, if not perhaps you can post a screenshot? Also make sure that picspath in rr.ini is pointed to the 'backgrounds' directory included with the skin. This will be changed in the next release to use the backgroundpath in rr.ini as it should. If all else fails and you cannot navigate the skin w/o the background. open up skin.ini and type in a path to a background to get it going.

I LOVE the new fading album/application art. Looks so smooth! Nice work Guino.

Just wanted to say Thanks again chevyn8!

Just finished integrating your media launch code and I am amazed how simple, efficient and good your script works. RR is now automated! I also really like how new buttons appear on the main menus.(screenshot posted) I am going to be tweaking it more but one question, does your script makes its decision on what type of media resource is offered by the windows defined associations if your using a flash drive?

Really nice enhancement to functionality of RR. "Plug and Play" if you will Everything is working well on my desktop, will move it to the auto for further testing on the embedded setup
