error skin editor 0,5

hi to all from a few days it happens me a strange thing with skin I edit 0,5 me from an error of access to the file and at times it saves the changes and at times no........
I directly have the skin editor in G and throwing from them and also the skins to be modified are in G....
what does depend on the fact that are not in C????

Sorry, but what's "G" and "C" ??

I'm unsure the skin editor is ready to parse files under different regional settings (other than english) -- you may want to change the standards/format in control panel to "English" when editing skins with it.

I would take them as the drive letters?

It should not matter what drive they're in as long as you're not using the files in a pictureviewer or RR itself for instance while you edit them. If you're on a network, you may just have a bad connection or something.

I have made sense of badly.....
I intended to say disk C or disk D...
I have also tried with the old version of RRskin editor but it doesn't work me from the same error.....

Also, some skins do not play well with skineditor. What skin are you trying to change?

i have found the same bug in the skin editor,
ammerelli is trying to change my skin, it is a graphic restyling of robby's bmw-e36 skin, only the .jpg was changed, the source code of the skin is the same

To my knowledge, only the newer skins which /DEFINE fonts and such don't like skineditor.

Can your skin be downloaded anywhere? Would like to try it and see if i get the same error.
