hey treetop ... I have no idea what ver of TEK2 you are using. I even dl the version from post 1 and it doesn't match yours either ...

anyway here are the png's for menu2.skin ...

you might also want to dl the version of TEK2 that is in post 1 and apply SP1 to that one, unless you are running a modified version ...

Been working on this skin getting it just right on my CarPC, but I'm having trouble with the volume menu. When I open RR right after configuring it to match the master volume, it does nothing. It will show the volume menu when I select the icon from the music screen, but it stays at 0%. The icons do react by highlighting when pressed, but they do not turn the volume up or down.

Also, still haven't been able to figure out why Teknik skin goes dead after I engage Garmin Mobile PC in another window separate from RR.

I know I'm a noob, but I've been lurking and reading for a long time. The search feature of mp3car is outstanding, and usually everything else can be found on a google search. However this problem seems to be more Teknik specific.

ok just downloaded again vol works fine here, apart from the popup won't close
but i know what the problem is there and its not a skin issue,the button effects work and the vol % changes, check the mixer scr and make sure winamp vol is up and rrconfig is set to master, see if that changes anything , dose the vol popup close after 3 sec's if not open exectbl 2nd line down "IDLE","CANCEL" change the cancel to EXIT.

carputer1 .. you really need to get yourself a decent pc that actually "does what it says on the tin" ... those popups close correctly on CANCEL for most other people

it must only be me then as cancel dose not work for me atall in any skin, lol....

Yep, no problem here!

well Cancel works in my skin Val but not Tek, now that is strange .

The volume control only "works" - the percent changes, but the actual sound I hear from my speakers remains the same, when I change the control from "master" to "all lines"

?wtf?


Any help?
