Looking for a good base guide to using Flash in RR

I've have built a skin for RR based on my needs. I want to add in flash effects but I've searched the forum and see many questions regarding "how do I [insert question]" but nothing in the form of a quick guide, like a Hello World for RR/Flash.

The FAQ page doesnt address this so I'm thinking one may not exist. Can someone help me get started with Flash and RR by showing some basics?

I can put pieces of code together to get the logic behind how it works but I'm looking for some base examples to create some glue to put a newbie guide to flash in RR.

All I'm really looking for is the basics, replace t the main skin with a flash and show how to nagivate to other screens from flash. From there, how to perform RR functions like volume control, etc. I'm really looking for some quick how-tos and I can do the rest of the work.

I am no flash person by ANY means! That said, I had to make a little flash all to do soemthing, and learned a little bit. Check out this THREAD for a very simple bit of info to get you started.

Thank you for giving me the base to get me started. This will help me get a sample skin built.

I've been working on a skin for the past few weeks. I didn't know much about interfacing flash files with RR. I've done a ton of searching/figuring things out for myself/asking for help. I've been typing up a tutorial as I go with everything that I'm learning. I'm still learning and making my skin so the tutorial is not done yet. If you have any questions, just ask 'em here. I and others will help.
