Fantastic Skin Sonic.

I have just started testing and looks and feels great, the only real big thing i noticed was the ratings images(the 5 star images) are not getting updated. I have previous ratings from before this skin and when i search by ratings it puts all the ratings in the playlist correctly, but the ratings 5 star images doesn't match the song or any song i have previously rated

As i remember the ratings worked in DFX4 and the star ratings images were getting updated to match the rating of a particular song.

Any suggestions would be great.

EDIT: Looks like the menu buttons are dinamic; tried to make some changes from the settings screen but the OSK refuse to pop-up to enable changing command and label name. Changing the icon does work.

Noticed a couple things though. The readme.txt didn't give me any hint that I had to copy my personal backgrounds to the skinpath - took me a few minutes to figure it out. Love the Fusion Brain page, but How do I change the buttons from toggles to momentaries, i.e.,

DIGITALOUT#TOGGLE (where # is digital out port 0-11)- toggles the port based on its current (connected/disconnected) state

DIGITALOUT#SWITCH;SECONDS(where # is digital out port 0-11 and SECONDS is number of seconds u wish to leave port ON)- turns the port on for specified number of seconds. PLEASE note seconds are NOT exact +/- 1.5 seconds

This may require an addition to the skin.ini.

ok lets see... the backgrounds will be loaded from backgroundpath declared in rr.ini.. sorry dumb oversight on my part. The visualization problem i dont have, and there is a (A) tag in the skin. The main audio skin is not audio_player.skin its rm_media.skin. All of the audio browsing and playlist manager is handled by Blue's media plugin. There are some kinks in the browser portion i'm still ironing out however. As far as audio information display.. as soon as the new RR version is out it will change alot about the trackname tag*** etc labels making it easier to show information based on what the active source is. This is huge news for me because the information i display on the top bar is done with ALOT of variable management. That will change with RR's 10/08 release in your favor... trust me . The exiting of the exit menu is again an oversight and i will get it fixed. and lastly, the rrfusion page is out of date. I have a new version planned that will be more of an elemental design.. meaning each item on the skin will be able to be moved for your own custom page. I didnt add the SWITCH commands in anticipation of this, but if you'd like to use one of the existing buttons as a switch simply use exectbl.ini. Say you wanna change port0 to a switch port...

The ratings are done by the RR Media plugin, same way they are done in DFX4 i believe. you need to make sure you have "ONSONGSTART","RM_ONSONGSTART" event in either of your exectbl.ini's. I added it to my MAIN exectbl.ini because MOST new skins that use ratings will use that line.

whoops forgot to include the sirius files. I'll get them done first thing monday morning and attach them. Sorry!

Thanks Sonic. I tried a few programs to edit the swf and it's not working out too well.
