Update 03/13/09
added new video showing off new flash components:
- CPU indicator (top right)
- improved Media Info Center with seek bar! (bottom right)
- some state buttons, like play and scan button, and browse button showing of 'Metal' finish...
Progress is being made! Look at the cpu usage, it looks high, but I'm running igo8, dashcommand, music playing and live screen capture at the same time, no hiccups and good gui response...I'm starting to get exited about this...
Gotta improve and add a couple of things, looking to release beta by weekend

New Ride Runner flash skin WIP, extremely early just proof of concept.
My first skin, so take it easy.
All graphics are flash swf files that I either purchased at flashden( around $5 a set) or found on other forums.
I modified the fla files to be compatible with RR.
The flip clock I found at xda-developers forums, props to TWOLF i think...

i like it a lot ,the only niggle i have is the song title scrolling back and forth,great work.
Looks like streetdeck 1.0. Let me know if you have any flash related skin questions. Whats the ghz on your pc. I'm surprised that clock isnt taking up CPU while running in RR.

Yeah, the looks are very raw for now, they will totally change when done, I'm just messing around , testing and stuff...

CPU is AMD BE2350 dual core, about 2ghz, check sig for full specs....

Wow, thx man! It's still very early, planning it to be mostly flash based.
I'm going to try to make it modular, kind of like flash widgets of buttons and components that can be placed any where on the 'stage'.
I'm taking small steps daily, learning flash and RR skinning as I go...I've made some progress today...will post update pics tonight...
The gps is IGO8, look at my sig link, in that thread there is some info on how to get it...
