    Load skin on indicator change

    Anyone know how to have a skin popup when and indicator changes?

    I tried putting this in my exectbl.ini of my skin but this is not working.
    "BYIND;MOBILEPHONE_INCOMMINGCALL;LOAD;MOBILEPHONE. SKIN<<"


    The indicator is "MOBILEPHONE_INCOMMINGCALL"
    and I want it to run "LOAD;MOBILEPHONE.SKIN" when the indicator is true and do nothing when it is false.

    What your asking is in my RRExtended plugin, an indicator checker/poller. It will execute a cmd when the specified ind changes state and then you would just add that whole line to the fired event by my plugin.

    eric the mobilephone plugin is supposed to do this automatically. When an incoming call is coming its supposed to open mobile_call.skin.

    I am trying to get this to work. First I tried my implementation but I was unable to get it to work so I then tried your exact example and that doesnt work either. Any advice?

    1) I placed the RRExtended folder into Road Runner folder.
    2) I ran the _Install.cmd to register the dll.
    3) I placed "IndPoller_Enabled=True" into my rr.ini (w/o quotes) and also into my skin.ini (only because it wasn't working)
    4) I placed "||IndPoller_Add;MUTE;2;Mute _Ind_Changed" on the end of my ONSKINSTART line (inside the quotes) in my exectbl.ini for my skin.
    5) I placed the line "Mute_Ind_Changed","Audio||WAIT;2||Load;Audio_brow ser.skin" in my exectbl.ini for my skin.
    6) save everything and launch RR. Test by clicking the mute button and wait, nothing happens.

    Really? hmmm. It isn't working for me. For that matter I can't get mobilephoneBMV2.skin to load either. If I place a command to open that skin on a button some where the visual portion of the app goes away when I click the button. Maybe that is related. I'll dig around and try and figure this out.

    @SonicXtacy02 there is no mobile_call.skin in the files I downloaded for the mobile call plugin. Where did you get this skin from?

    You have to make it, I'm guessing that there were now sample skin/screens included with the plugin.

    from post 1 of the mobilephone plugin

    When ringing occures the dll now tells RR to load the mobilecall.skin regardless of current skin screen.
    that being said.. it doesnt work for me either.. post the problem in that thread so he can get it working

    OK, I got action on mute to work so I have the indicator change thingy working now. Thanks for your help.
