Well the first step would be to get a aerial view of your car. So the first question is, what car do you have?
The next DFX version is going to look the same as the current version. Just about all of the work done since the last release has been "under the hood". Adding support for plugins release in the past year, cleaning up code, adding new features ect ect....
That is the hardest part of the TPMS, is everyone is going to want an image of their car. This makes it next to impossible to make a screen for in the installer. I can easily make a default screen though, and it will be in the next release, then someone can just edit the images to suit their needs.

I'm thinking maybe the way to go here is the same as will the car logos.
Yes have a generic one, but if a car specific one can be found, use that.
Here is a good place to get line diagrams of different cars.
Yea that's all I really wanted was a working screen with 4 boxes that contain the PSI and Temp and just swap the background color to red when something alerts.
If you're really fancy add a 5th for the spare sensor that is optionally on or off?
@Enforcer, thanks for that link. I'm gonna use that plan my paint job. WOOHOO....
Now back to your regularly scheduled thread topic.
Actually, you may want to have a look HERE if you are wanting to test different colors. There is a custom color pallette, so you can choose one of millions of colors to test. You can define any custom color and have it rendered in 3D in decent quality. You can also rotate the car to any angle in 3D space by clicking and dragging the car on the screen.
This is also a great app for designing a custom image of your car for the TPMS. (Attached pic below of a VERY early TPMS beta skin, the Orange ring around the front is a blinking indicator to bring attention to the tire in question)
You have to Download and install a plugin, but it is well worth it (Plugin works fine with Fire Fox).
Here are a couple test ones I did for my Eclipse, when I was thinking on painting it, before I totaled it![]()
