Tether integration

I hadn't seen anyone integrate Tether yet (use the Blackberry's internet capabilities via USB or Bluetooth), and I utilize it frequently these days so I decided to go ahead and attempt a simple skin to embed it.

I made it for Carwings Dynamic/Carwings Dynamic Lite.

If anyone wants it the files are attached.
