integreate IMG in more layer by one commandline?

at the momet i use these lines in skin:

IMG,50,80,115,100,"Icons\ICON_TV.png",ON
IMG,50,80,115,100,"Icons\ICON_TV.png",OFF
IMG,50,80,115,100,"Icons\ICON_TV.png",DOWN

is there a way to load the IMG in more layers with same command, example?

IMG,50,80,115,100,"Icons\ICON_TV.png",ON+OFF+DOWN

use the following command:

IMG,50,80,115,100,"Icons\ICON_TV.png",ALL

ICON_TV is just a example. i want it for other images like buttons. there must exist different layers to explain the ON+DOWN or OFF state.
ALL is not realy a solution.

I think that it's the unique method !!!

here ist a screenshot and code of my audio_browser.skin
for each button i must add the png in each layer. otherwhise the transparent effect goes away if i use "all"
