every time that i download the file Alpine (Green-S) 800x600 i get this error when unziped

I believe it is a bug on the weather skin or MENU2 skin I can no use MENU2 skin more than twice (if I used the weather skin) it frees up and I have to shut down RR (on the green one 600X800).
