Flash/Spinning Logos (By Many Users)

Download the Brushmetal skin update from my page and it has the main menu "empty" and it will load a "logo.swf" file (if it finds it in the skin's folder).

The command to add any flash movie into a RR screen is:

FNN,POSX,POSY,WIDTH,HEIGHT,"FILENAME.SWF"
NN = Number of flash object (i.e. 01)
The other items are the position where to display the flash object.
This is decribed in the Skin Commands.txt file that comes with RR.

Worked earlier.. I saw it.. hehe anyway, today I saw what one user meant about the logo "spinning like crazy" ... funny enough, on my carpc, the logo spins incredibly fast.. maybe the difference in size matters ? I use the same resolution and skin for testing on two other computers and it spins at a good rate.. My CarPC is a P4 2.4Ghz, and so is one of my Desktops Athlon 2.4, my laptop (which is also fine) is a P4 2.2Ghz.. so I really don't see the connection...

HI Sorry But can i ask u 1 question. HOw do i use this Flash LOGO. is it to be done in Frodo or some other software.

Scincerly I don't know why.
It could be dued to the flash player config... directx... video card config... I'll try to reproduce in my PC

Wow. That's pretty cool. Thanks ildena and guino! I've been using MC for a wile and RR is a nice transition!

The logos are quite large already. Al you have to do is edit the menu.skin file in the skin folder, and in the lines:

/, Flash Sample
/, x y w h Movie
/, --- --- --- --- -------------
F00,381,140,079,079,"logo.SWF"

Change the values to your liking.
